"Location of the hotel Is very good, beer the train and bus station, and ast access to places of interest if going by public transportation. A lot of restaurants within walking distances. Clean room and staffs were very helpful."

"This hotel is super convenient, just about a 2-minute walk from Tottori Station's South Exit. It's a new and modern property. Check-in is self-service, with staff on hand to help if needed. You need your room card to use the elevator, which adds a good layer of security. The room was bright and clean, but as is often the case, it was quite small. We had to slide our luggage under the bed frame just to have walking space. Instructions and reminders for various items in the room were clearly posted, making everything easy to understand. The TV home screen also had useful info like the Wi-Fi password and check-in/extended stay policies, all at a glance. We stayed in a connecting room this time, and opening the connecting door did give us a bit more space, though it came at a higher price. The hotel offers a large public bath and self-service laundry, but we didn't have time to use them. For luggage storage, you register with a QR code, and then staff help move your bags to the storage room, which was very convenient. Most guests seemed to be international tourists, and the staff were all very professional, friendly, and patient. 👍 There's a FamilyMart convenience store right across from the hotel, and AEON Shopping Center, McDonald's, and KFC are all about a 5-minute walk away."

"The location is super convenient, really close to Tottori Station, and the price is reasonable. They even provide makeup remover and facial cleanser. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Tottori."

"Modernized ryokan with its own onsen. 5 minute walk to the train station, not too many restaurants / bars around the hotel. Lovely garden and nice rooms. The main onsen shouldn‘t be used if you have tattoos but there is a private family bath that can be used with tattoos. The family bath is first come first served, so you might need to wait a while… Breakfast was delicious and plenty!"

"The Minamiguchi Toyoko Inn area, though slightly further than the Kitaguchi one, is still only about a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast offers rice balls, bread, and soup!"

"The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station. The advantage of this super hotel is that you can choose your favorite pillow, which is thoughtful. It's also very cheap, and the room rate includes breakfast!"

"Typicsl business hotel in a convenient location right opposite the train station. Staff was friendly ans helpful, not as fluent in English. The room was decently sized bit not really soundproof. You could hear neighbours talking."

"The bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night. The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well. Breakfast was not too much and not too little, and it was a good amount, and I was visually very satisfied. Location is quite tight without a car, there are not many convenience stores and restaurants around. The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Also, the baby of g came out and it was a little disappointing."
