Masai Hotels with Wifi

We stayed here for 2 nights and were welcomed with great hospitality. The room was very clean, comfortable thought a bit old. The bed was excellent, and the facilities were amazing as well. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food, eateries, and massage places. Highly recommended!

We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

The service attitude needs improvement, and the room's cleanliness still requires attention. Other aspects were about the same. I hope to see changes and improvements on my next stay. The location is still quite good.

Comfortable and with great service. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the location is convenient, close to a shopping mall with a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel room was clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The only minor issue was the water pressure, but overall, I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

The hotel sir quite near to ciq about 15 minutes from ciq. Everything was clean and neat . All the amenities was there. And easy to go nearby shops and restaurants. I love it

The room is clean and its location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around that area. Thai, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan and local cuisines. Really spoilt for choice. In this trip, I chose a Korean restaurant for our dinner.

Great room and a great location. It's very spacious and perfect for traveling with kids. The beds are clean, it has all the essentials, and it offers easy window views with a very large window. Most importantly, the AC is nice and cold.

A nice place to stay, just a walking distance to kipmart, eco shop and food stalls. My tv had no signal, and the hair dryer was not working. Hopefully can be fixed. The cleanliness of the room is overall satisfying. Will definitely come back.

Hotel air con is just cool not very cold type. Bed is so so only. Hotel provide toothbrush kit, coffee, tea and bottled mineral water. Towels ok. Bed cleanliness can be improved cos I had an allergic reaction to the bedsheets. Lips became swollen after contact the sheets 😟. Also the pub nearby is very noisy till around 3 to 4am in the morning so quite difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good though. The food although small serving but tasty and front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
