"I booked a room at this hotel last week for a concert at 013 Tilburg. It is a very neat and well-equipped hotel: the self-check-in and check-out concept is well thought out and user-friendly. The room itself is also perfectly fine: a comfortable bed and good amenities such as a TV, coffee maker, and a hygienic shower. One tip for Trip.com: to enter the 'lobby' downstairs, you need an access code for the door for the first time. Unfortunately, this was not provided when booking the room. I did manage to get access after contacting Duke Studio directly by phone. It is certainly handy to have that code ready in advance."

The bed was very comfortable but it kept splitting in half (two beds pushed together but with a full mattress on top) or the mattress would slide off constantly, which meant we kept having to wake up to fix it, which in a room as small as it is, is very difficult. "We hadden de junior suite geboekt met zicht op de sterrenhemel wanneer je op bed lag. Helaas was het raam alleen maar voorzien van een soort hor dat omlaag kon gaan. Dus in de vroege ochtend was het heel erg vroeg wakker door het licht en helaas was dat geen zonlicht (het was erg bewolkt). Zou fijner zijn met een rolluik zodat het donker was in (slaap)kamer. Op zich was kamer prima maar voor ouderen kan de trap naar het bed (onder de sterrenhemel) een trapje te ver zijn. Het eten in het restaurant en het ontbijt in de ochtend zijn helemaal top en de omgeving is prachtig."
