However, upon returning home, I discovered that 630 euros had been debited from my credit card. I called and emailed immediately. They treated it quite lightly, even though it involved a substantial amount. According to the reception, some mistakes had been made... After a week and several emails and phone calls, I now have the money back. It is a shame that they work so sloppily. It leaves an unpleasant feeling after a nice weekend."

A lovely lady proposing delicious egg muffins. The wonderful park and lake a few steps aways from the hotel is a definite plus. Unfortunately the curtains in my comfortable and very clean room were too short to darken it completely during the night. I'll be back nevertheless."

"Upon arrival, we had no idea how to get in and had to call for assistance. Once inside, we were in a hall with nowhere to store our luggage, so we had to call again. We were told to leave it at the coffee shop next door. Later, when we returned to check in, the card machine wasn't working for the remaining tourist tax, so we had to call service *again*... It was a lot of hassle before we finally got into our room. However, the location is great, the room is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. The only downside is that the window wouldn't close, so it was a bit noisy being next to the main road, and the room was bright."
