The front desk lady's smile warms your heart, and her directions are super patient; the aunties in the pool area proactively offer water and ask about the temperature, and even help me find good angles when they see me taking photos! This kind of detailed service is truly touching 🥹. The overall experience is top-notch in the hot spring world!
