GGuest UserThe check-in experience exceeded expectations! The staff took the initiative to contact before check-in to confirm the itinerary and remind the parking location. The room is large enough and the bedding is soft and comfortable. It is also very close to the attractions, so there is no need to toss at all. Tired of playing back to the apartment to sleep comfortably, it is the perfect way to open travel!

AAaaataoThe environment is good, the room is soundproofed, the hot water is sufficient, the air conditioner has warm air, and the log wind is very clean. I slept until noon. It's really good, I will continue to patronize next time.

MM502463****The front desk service was attentive and courteous. The room was hygienic and the bed was clean. The balcony has a wide view, overlooking the mountains, fresh air, and very comfortable stay.
The hotel has everything to do with entertainment facilities, boat tours of lakes, big hippo racecourses, and hot springs at night.
The family had fun and it was worth revisiting.

BBaizhouI've come here every year before, but the National Day holiday traffic was terrible, and it took over four hours to get there. This time, the South Zone was booked out, so I could only get a room in the East Zone. The first floor looked newly renovated, and there wasn't much of a renovation smell, but the room had a musty smell as soon as I entered. I immediately turned on the air conditioner and opened the windows to ventilate, and even after swimming and using the hot springs, the smell persisted. Before going to bed that night, I caught about ten small flying mosquitoes under my pillow. I don't know why they were gathered there; the cleanliness was very disappointing.
The next day, I changed rooms. The walls, curtains, and window frames weren't very clean, and I had to call a cleaning lady to sweep the floor again; there was hair and dust.
The restaurant was much more expensive than last year, the ingredients were fresh, but the food was on the salty and spicy side.
The water in the East Zone swimming lanes was very hot. Maybe because there were fewer people, it looked clear, but there was still a layer of dirt visible at the bottom and on the pool walls.
The wave pool and the normal-temperature pool had tons of leaves and branches, unlike another place I went to where there were practically none; the staff would remove them as soon as they saw them.
The spring water swimming pool had a lot of silt at the bottom, and several of the public hot spring pools were too hot to use, a waste.
Breakfast was slow to arrive and the selection was limited.
That's all for this review; I probably won't come back again.

Environment: It is much cleaner than I thought, and the surrounding facilities can keep up.
Service: The service is good, and the room that is close to the early morning can also be thoughtful.
