Hotels in Kotor

"We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!"

"Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations."

"The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the old town. The room was spacious, and the staff were very warm and friendly. However, the lack of an elevator, a common issue in old European buildings, was a real pain when carrying luggage. I wonder if the hotel reserves its worst rooms for Ctrip bookings, as our bathroom was not en-suite; we had to take the key and go across the hall to use it. The shower was just a bathtub with no place to hang the showerhead. We also found a large clump of hair on the bath towel, and the door lock was broken."

"Very funny hotel. We called it a hobbit hotel as the door, the staircase, the room itself, the washing machine, everything is small and low. They found the entrance and the apartments themselves not for the first time. And then they didn't immediately understand who to turn to and where, because there was no recipient. They asked the owners in the cafe from the bottom, then waited when they would come. At the time of booking it was one of the cheapest hotels. We needed just to sleep at night, so we chose for a day such a option. "This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options."

"1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave. 2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner. 3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town 4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros 5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). "Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marija in Montenegro. The location is very convenient, close to the old town and main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great value for money, especially for travellers looking for simple hotel."

"I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around"
