"Apartments near the northern gate, registered in the registration office on its own, when the settling key was in the doors, the towels are near the stairs. The view of the building and the mountain, the room has a fan, dining appliances, air conditioning. Very loud from the street especially in the evening, good hearing. Paul was sticky, but overall everything is fine"

"I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around"

"Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations."

"We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!"

"Hotel and room in particular are stunning, clean, spacious. Breakfast offers 2 options: continental and Montenegro. The hotel is located in the old city and it is necessary to take into account that there are many bars below, parties in which take place until 01:00. The staff at the respiratory station could not remember me for 4 days each time asking if I went to a rooftop restaurant. Asked about the transfer to Dobra Water, they said that you need to know (heard that I was discussing) but no one came back. In the restaurant on breakfast and in the restaurant roof all were very kind, remembered and very nicely communicated."

"Because I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! If you book early, you will definitely choose an apartment not far outside the city."

It is located one back from the main street, and it is difficult to understand 々, but you will find it soon if you look around. However, despite arriving within the designated check-in time, it seems that no receptionist was inside, and there was no response even if I pressed the intercom. After waiting for more than five minutes, I finally got in. I was told that the hotel should have contacted me at the reception, but as far as I checked the trip.com app, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, it didn't seem to have come (although I may have missed it). The correspondence of the reception was not bad, and it was a feeling of a good brother (always hyperbreathing for some reason). Check out is a good type of hotel just to put the key in the designated place. The room is clean itself, with an IH heater in the room, a large refrigerator with a freezer for a hotel room, a table for storing and placing things, a work desk, and many outlets including the bedside, There is a TV, etc. Towels are also clean. The shower room is separated by a toilet and a door, but for some reason the door was closed, but the whole bathroom was flooded after the shower, and although I turned the ventilation fan, it was wet until the morning. (It may have been one of the reasons why it was raining that night). Also, the toilet was seated in front of the door of the shower room, and it was a little inconvenient for the line to interfere. However, these dissatisfaction points were only trivial, and shampoo and shower gel, high output dryer, hand soap, etc. were provided, and it was sufficiently satisfactory. Generally, it is a hotel that can be recommended to people enough, except that I didn't know how to enter the hotel well."
