Stumbled upon this guesthouse by chance and was absolutely delighted! The ambiance and location are fantastic. The subway is right downstairs, and there's a mall directly across the street, which made traveling with kids super convenient. I'll definitely recommend it to friends. The only minor flaw was that the shower stall tended to pool water; if that were improved, it would be absolutely perfect.

I first booked this hotel in Kunming when I went to Dali, and I chose it again when I returned from Dali. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the price is reasonable. It's a 20-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, or you can take an e-bike. I really liked their breakfast and the laundry room; it was clearly maintained by a dedicated person, very clean and tidy. I'm planning to book this hotel again next time I visit Kunming specifically for a trip. Plus, there's a great restaurant downstairs – a stir-fry place that's quite authentic, but I forgot its name.

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

The hotel is a relatively old-fashioned star hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the health is OK, the location is very good, the facilities are complete, even the clothes dryer is equipped, overall good

I really liked the location – right outside is a commercial area, so it's super convenient for dining and shopping. For someone who loves to explore and eat like me, it was perfect. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I got a bit of sunshine in the mornings. The large bathtub was great for a relaxing soak; coming back after a day of exploring and having a hot bath really helped relieve fatigue. The toiletries were quite comprehensive, even including a razor and shower cap, so I didn't need to bring anything extra. The front desk staff were quick and thoughtful during check-in, and they even proactively offered us tips on local attractions. The free parking was a huge plus for us since we were driving. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Hotel service is very good, except for the breakfast variety is too small, everything else is fine. Especially the hygienic Jiang Aunt, is really serious and responsible for the work, I have to meet her, I am cleaning and cleaning, I go out to sightseeing and she helps me dry all my clothes.
