Facilities: Very comprehensive. There's a laundry room with a dryer on the 8th floor, and they even help hang up clothes to air dry after they're done! Cleanliness: Excellent! If there was any trash, they'd come right away when I called. Environment: Very quiet. Service: Extremely responsive to all requests!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good too. They have a great selection, including rice noodles, regular noodles, soy milk, milk porridge, sweet potatoes, and eggs – enough to get you full and satisfied. Plus, the air conditioning and hot water are available 24/7. The environment is truly wonderful; the staff provides impeccable service. There are lots of trees outside the entrance, making it very cool and, most importantly, very quiet. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation. Getting around is super convenient, and you can park right at the entrance for free. I genuinely recommend everyone stay at this hotel!

We stayed at Yulinlin for our final few nights in Kunming and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our driver had difficulty locating the entrance upon arrival, and the staff kindly came down to receive us and assist with our luggage. They also went the extra mile by helping us collect our Taobao parcels from nearby lockers when the delivery was not sent directly to the hotel. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It is located right beside Novotel, and we often used the Novotel lobby as our taxi pick-up point. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs, a large shopping mall just across the road, and plenty of food options within walking distance. The MRT station is literally at the doorstep and connects conveniently to the mall, which made getting around especially easy with young children. That said, housekeeping could be improved. Our Level 6 unit was not as clean as we had expected. The floor felt dusty upon arrival, and when we wiped it down ourselves, the cloth came back completely black. We also had to request that staff and cleaners remove their shoes before entering the apartment, which may simply be a difference in local practices and expectations. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and responsive service made for a comfortable stay, especially for families looking for convenience and easy access to transport, shopping, and dining options.

Ronny/Rinny at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service, making the check-in process efficient and hassle-free! The KingKoil mattress in the room was just the right firmness, the Laifen hairdryer dried my hair quickly, and casting to the TV was smooth. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming. Full marks! Check-in was effortless, the front desk staff had a great attitude, and the room facilities were complete. The mattress was very comfortable, and both the hairdryer and screen casting worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend it!

After a long and tiring journey, I was so relieved to encounter such a warm and welcoming front desk at this hotel. The moment I walked in, I was greeted politely, and the staff were all very friendly and approachable, without any stiff or robotic service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I quickly received my room card. They also proactively provided useful information like access hours, water replenishment, and housekeeping schedules. When I requested to switch to a quieter room last minute, the front desk actively coordinated and communicated, patiently reassuring me and resolving my request perfectly. Their attitude throughout was gentle and patient, and their service was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring. The excellent front desk service is definitely a bonus for this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was great, with outstanding value for money. I will definitely book here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a worry-free stay.

This hotel is in a 6th floor of 17 story tower. Small hotel. Rooms are very large, equipped with fridge. Very nice view with a large window. Room is very clean- very good hot water pressure in shower. I arrived at Kunming Bus Station from Airport. DD ride for 10 RMB to the hotel. The front office staff is so kind and they go out of their way to assist the guest especially foreigner guest- they always booked DD ride for me (because I do not have China SIM card). They even order a few things from Tao Bao for me (I paid then in cash). On the ground level many restaurant and convenient stores. There is even a grocery store in the basement level. Excellent place to stay. Excellent place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Traveling to Kunming with my child, I arrived late on the first night, so I was given a room near the elevator (which I understood). When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a quieter room further inside the next day, and the receptionist said she would keep an eye out for me. I was happy that they arranged it for me the next morning – it was a really thoughtful gesture! The room was cozy, the bed was large and comfortable, and it even came with multi-head charging cables and a cute delivery robot! It felt very safe and considerate. As for the service, you can tell this is a long-standing hotel! Every detail was thought of, and the staff clearly have many years of experience; they were very seasoned. Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Yunnan, this one gave me the greatest sense of security. One more thing: I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast rice noodles – they were super delicious, I ate them for three days straight! Oh, and the hotel's location is excellent! You can walk directly to Haigeng Dam, so no need to worry about traffic. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere!

I had a great experience staying at the Atour Hotel Kunming Haoyue Tiandi. The high floor offered expansive views, and the minimalist modern style, combined with excellent cleanliness, made for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided good service, and the location was convenient for getting around, being close to Kunming Railway Station. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

I came to Kunming for a few days to relax, and a friend recommended this hotel. It's conveniently located right across the road from the East Gate of Daguan Park, and you can also walk or cycle along Dianchi Lake. What truly impressed me was the hotel staff – from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, almost every attendant I encountered was friendly and enthusiastic, which is quite rare. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. It felt a bit far from commercial and residential areas, making dining out a little inconvenient. This hotel is ideal for travelers who have ample time to slowly explore Daguan Park and the surrounding Dianchi Lake area.

I stayed here twice within one week 😊 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is very clean and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very responsible. I’d especially like to thank the front desk staff member who was on duty on the 25th. They helped me contact SF Express to arrange shipping my artwork back to my home country. Unfortunately, the shipping cost was very expensive, so I decided not to send it. Even so, the front desk staff were all very patient and helpful throughout the process. If you need anything, you can easily communicate with the staff via WeChat. The hotel is very close to Kunming Railway Station, and there’s a large shopping mall right across the street. Everything was wonderful.
