The room was clean and tidy, with good hygiene, and the overall environment was pleasant. There are coffee shops nearby, the service was attentive, and the location was convenient. The bedding was comfortable, offering great value for money, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options that were promptly refilled. It was a very good stay!

The room was clean, tidy, and wonderfully quiet, ensuring a high-quality rest. The high-altitude view was absolutely stunning, offering expansive vistas perfect for capturing beautiful photos effortlessly. Breakfast offered a rich and fresh variety of dishes with plenty of choices to satisfy diverse tastes. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a main road, making taxis and public transport easily accessible. Overall, the comfort level was exceptional; with attentive service and a prime environment, it's perfect for both leisure travel and short stays. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth returning to.

This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again.

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The room was bright with good natural light, and all facilities were complete and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the hotel is located directly opposite Daguan Park, offering beautiful scenery. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful rest. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and sanitary, with plenty of hot water, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and quiet for sleeping. Opposite is the Love Sea Shopping Park, and it is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The service is especially warm and thoughtful! !

This serviced apartment is conveniently located within a 5–10 minute walk to several shopping malls, making it an excellent base for both shopping and dining. During my stay, I raised few issues with the hotel team, and they responded promptly and professionally. They took my feedback seriously, addressed the concerns as quickly as possible, and genuinely showed care for their guests. Their sincere apologies and attentive service made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I had a comfortable 3-nights stay

The best thing about Cachet is the location, right in the middle of a very lively area with upscale bars and restaurants and cafes, quiet neighborhood of tree-lined streets with old school walk-up apartments. The hotel rooms and facilities aren't the newest and while the design isn't exactly up to date it's quite unique. Cool artwork in the lobby. Rooms are huge. I had a 4th floor room with great views. Started my day with the tea set; there's also a pod-type coffee machine. On the top floor there's a laundry room gym and billiards. A bit old though so that area could use a refresh. The restaurant operates as a German-style brewpub open to the public except during breakfast. So they have German sausage which was very good. (We had to ask for yellow mustard, which they should have out instead of ketchup!) The breads weren't fresh though. Was really impressed with the quality of the broth in the noodle bar. Front desk service was really nice & helpful. They did a good job keeping our Taobao packages for us so they were ready when we arrived.

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

I stayed at this upscale city hotel in Kunming and was impressed by the attentive service from the front desk staff throughout my stay – it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a bustling commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby design is grand and impressive. On the day we checked in, the lobby was quite busy. While the bellhops were occupied assisting other guests and handling luggage, the front office manager immediately stepped in, enthusiastically took our bags, and personally escorted us to our room. Along the way, he patiently introduced the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions. I later learned he had only recently joined the hotel, but his professionalism was evident, and his explanations were perfectly tailored and insightful. Traveling with a child can be challenging. After my child's bath in the evening, it was inconvenient to go downstairs to send a package. After contacting the front desk, they arranged for someone to pick up our takeout. We didn't have to go back and forth at all, which genuinely solved a common hassle when traveling with kids. These small details really show their thoughtfulness.
