This hotel is incredibly close to Kunming Station, just a few minutes' walk, making it perfect for catching an early high-speed train. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was great. They even have a laundry room, which was super convenient for washing and drying clothes after exploring in the rain.

The environment is good, and the price is reasonable. Downstairs, there are many food options, and directly across the street is a breakfast place. There are also many fast-food restaurants for lunch. The only drawback is the parking; there's basically no space. If you don't mind the parking issue, everything else is fine.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful! They were super friendly and always ready to answer questions or solve any issues we had. I originally booked a standard room for my one-night stay, specifically requesting a clean, non-smoking room. To my surprise, they upgraded me for free! 🥰 The room was huge, beautiful, and spotless, with absolutely no smoke smell, which was a huge plus. There were three distinct seating areas: a desk for working, a two-seater area with a wall-side sofa perfect for takeout, and a comfy lounge chair on the other side, great for watching movies on the projector 🎞️. The bathroom was also sparkling clean (a germaphobe like me was thrilled!). They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which was a nice touch. You could tell the toiletries were of high quality; my boyfriend even commented on the shiny packaging and how the toothbrush wasn't stiff and cheap like some hotel amenities (he said, 'Chinese products are really good!' 😂). The bedding was excellent too, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the surrounding area was quiet, allowing for proper rest. For anyone traveling to the high-speed rail station the next day, the location is super convenient – just a 13-minute walk! There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby. This stay was genuinely exceptional! Highly recommended! ✨

I booked the lowest-priced room, which was on a lower floor and didn't have a view of the train station. The more expensive rooms are on higher floors with better views. You get what you pay for. The hotel is very close to Kunming Station, less than a 10-minute walk, which is perfect for catching an early high-speed train. However!!! Please note, the Kunming Station subway exit only leads to the south exit of Kunming Station, while the hotel is located near the north exit. So, if you're taking the subway to the hotel, I strongly advise against getting off at Kunming Station. You'll have to walk an extremely long way. Instead, you can get off at Fude Station and then take a bus to the hotel. Alternatively, get off at Huancheng Nan Lu Station and walk about ten minutes to the hotel. It seems there's a lack of coordination between Kunming Train Station and the subway station, as the subway exit only connects to the south exit, which is very inconvenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were also highly efficient; any requests we had were promptly addressed. The abundance of dining options nearby was a huge plus, and the transportation was convenient – it's only a 10-minute walk to the train station. Seeing that we were a family with young children and seniors, they even proactively upgraded our room type for free.

Quite near to the Kunming Railway Station. The place is easily accessible with lots of restaurants outside. There’s pharmacy, a grocery, china post office and bank closeby. The room is spacious enough for my luggage, it was also clean. I stayed for 2 days and the lady came to clean daily without me asking for a clean. Service wise, they’re ok - i communicated with the reception using translator as i speak english. the reception was also able to accept my taobao parcels for me. I had a good stay. Thanks again!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling my check-in and check-out quickly and with a polite, gentle demeanor. The room itself was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with toiletries. Overall, the environment was quiet and peaceful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Definitely great value for money.

Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; as someone who's particular about hygiene, I was extremely satisfied and have to give it a great review! Usually, I'm quite picky about hotel cleanliness, but this time I couldn't find a single flaw. You could tell the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and there were no water stains or hair in the bathroom corners. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the blackout curtains were superb, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally. You can really feel the owner's dedication. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, full marks for efficiency. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Facilities: The room has disposable items and a hairdryer. The hot water is a bit too hot and not easy to adjust, but overall it's good. Cleanliness: Clean, with disposable toilet seat covers, and the room was well-maintained. Environment: The soundproofing is really bad. My neighbor's alarm clock went off around 6 AM and didn't turn it off for ages, waking me up. It was quite loud, and I could clearly hear people talking outside. I don't know which neighbor was snoring, but I could hear it clearly from my room. Light sleepers should be careful. Service: They generally reply to questions via WeChat, and they also offer luggage storage, which is great. I forgot to take photos.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the metro and train stations, surrounded by malls and snack streets. Eating and shopping are super convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere. Free parking makes it very car-friendly, and moving around with a stroller is smooth. The smart features are a hit: voice-controlled lights and curtains are simple enough for kids to enjoy. The room is spacious, with a great layout and plenty of natural light. Soundproofing is excellent; close the window and it's instantly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free gym and self-service laundry room (with washer and dryer) are super handy, making it perfect for business travelers or long stays.
