I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel is truly excellent. Both the environment and the service are outstanding. This is my second time staying here. There's a really kind and gentle lady at the front desk whose employee ID, if I remember correctly, was four fives, 5555. The room was clean, and there are many great places to eat nearby.

My stay this time was excellent; I was very satisfied with everything. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in and check-out, and very warm and polite. They proactively reminded us of breakfast times and asked if we needed airport transfer. Since our boarding gate was in the satellite terminal, they gave us a very reasonable time for departure and even called to wake us up in the morning, which was incredibly thoughtful. I heard it's a newly renovated hotel, and there was no strange smell in the room at all; all facilities were well-equipped. The breakfast and the restaurant environment were also fantastic. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!

The price was excellent, and it even included airport transfer, which was a fantastic experience. My flight on the second day was late at night, and the hotel helped deliver my luggage to the airport, which was a huge help. The room was incredibly clean, and the toiletries and other amenities were all well-stocked – absolutely no complaints. The hotel is very close to the airport. If I come to Kunming again, I will definitely stay here and recommend it to my friends.

Checked in at 1 AM and checked out at 6 AM. The hotel's location is excellent, the room was clean and hygienic, and the bed was very comfortable. Even though I only slept for a few hours, I had a really good sleep. The staff even called me beforehand to give me directions to the hotel, so it was easy to find. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent, spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the airport transfer service. The two 1.5-meter beds were very large, and the bathroom and towels were spotless, as were the sheets! The hotel itself was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised upon check-in. However, around midnight, a large family checked into the two rooms next to ours and were incredibly loud. They left their doors open while talking, and their children were shouting in the hallway, waking up my entire family. I tried to tell them to be quiet at the door, but it didn't work, so I called the front desk to handle it. Only then did they close their doors, and we were finally able to get some sleep. While the hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, especially the cleanliness, the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear every word spoken outside very clearly. I think the hotel should remind all guests checking in after 11 PM not to make noise in the hallways. Everyone has early or late flights, so shouldn't there be some mutual consideration? Those guests were really awful!

Extremely satisfied! Our flight landed in the early hours of the morning, and the airport pick-up service was still available. The next day, they also offered a drop-off service to the subway station. The room features a fully smart home system, a wet-and-dry separated bathroom, and is exceptionally clean. The owner was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. There are also outdoor fitness equipment and a ping-pong table for working out. The breakfast includes traditional small-pot rice noodles, which were absolutely delicious!

Great stay! I only used the room for a few hours, but the free pick-up and drop-off service far exceeded the price point. The round-trip transfers in a 7-seater business van were prompt with no long waits. The room is smart-enabled (with Xiaodu), the hot water supply is stable, and the mattress is comfortable. It would be absolute perfection if the main door had better soundproofing!

Much more than just an airport transit hotel! We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport for one night as we had an early morning flight the following day, so we initially chose it purely for convenience. However, the hotel turned out to be so much more than just a place to sleep before a flight. We arrived quite late at night, but the check-in was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival. Our room was fantastic — spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a separate bathtub and shower area, and there was simply so much space throughout the room. We were travelling with two children under four, and the room was very thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. We were also celebrating our child’s birthday, and the hotel kindly arranged some birthday decorations in the room along with a birthday cake. It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, especially considering we were only staying for one night. Our room rate also included warm welcome cookies, which were absolutely delicious and probably some of the best hotel welcome cookies we’ve had! We also received complimentary supper — Mixian noodles — which could only be redeemed at the lobby restaurant. It would have been even better if the supper could be delivered to the room, especially for families travelling with young children, but the noodles themselves were very good. The airport transfer the following morning was another highlight. We were travelling as a family of four and initially expected to share a shuttle bus, but instead we were given a private MPV with our own driver. The vehicle was high quality, spacious and very comfortable, and the whole transfer was smooth and hassle-free. It was a really great way to end our stay before an early flight. Overall, we were genuinely impressed by this hotel. The combination of the excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms, thoughtful birthday arrangements, great amenities and private airport transfer made this feel much more like a proper hotel stay than a typical airport transit hotel. We only stayed for one night and didn’t have much opportunity to explore the hotel or surrounding area, but based on our experience, we would happily stay here again even if we weren’t flying out of Kunming Airport. A particularly great choice for families travelling with young children.

This hotel was a last-minute choice for an overnight layover in Kunming. I especially want to thank Alex from the hotel for his thoughtful arrangements. Even though it was just for one night, he was incredibly detail-oriented, responsible, and a pleasure to communicate with. The hotel's rice noodles (Er Si) for breakfast were also quite delicious.
