And most important of all the Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful from front desk, to the room service to the restaurant all provided top quality service. I would like trip especially thank front desk staff Ms. He (何女士), who is very friendly helped me a lot providing good recommendations on nice tourist attraction and guide me on how to use the free bus and buy 5 day tourist bus ticket for further tourist attraction into the mountain. The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. We booked two rooms, but they weren't connected. After discussing it, we upgraded them to a hot spring room for free. However, I didn't use the hot springs, mainly because I wanted to have the two rooms together. We also added breakfast, and they gave us a discount!
