Mountain View Hotels in Pingtan County

This guesthouse is a true gem! It was recommended by the owner of my previous guesthouse. I was initially worried about the location, but it turned out to be easy to get there by taxi. The owner even helped arrange for a scooter to be delivered. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and he even thoughtfully guided me to the beach. That evening, he took me clamming, and we had a fantastic catch! The courtyard is huge and spacious; lying there watching the sunset was simply wonderful! The second picture shows the view from the window, and even the hairdryer is a Dyson – that speaks volumes about the owner's attention to detail!

Here's my short review! I'll be writing it right after my experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. It was a truly perfect stay, well worth the price. My baby's little exclamation upon entering the room and the stunning ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows were a real surprise. The room has a minimalist European design, and the sofa and bedding are incredibly comfortable. It's clear the owner is a stylish person, and everything from the decor to the toothbrush sets has been meticulously crafted for comfort. This was my first time in Pingtan, so the outings took up a lot of my time at the B&B. Next time, my baby and I have agreed to bring the whole family along. We won't be wandering around, just hanging out by the beach. When we get tired, we can just go to the private beach downstairs. I want to fully savor every moment by the sea... Finally, a special mention goes to our housekeeper, Lin Shitou. He's fantastic. From making reservations beforehand, to meeting us at the airport, he patiently explained everything, to his humorous and informative introductions to the surrounding attractions. All his food recommendations were spotless, and his recommendations were both off-the-beaten-path and perfectly tailored to my taste... Because of him, this B&B feels like the emperor's new clothes, adding even more magic. By the way, the housekeeper took my baby and me to see the Blue Tears at around 10 pm. Seeing them was truly breathtakingly beautiful, and it was truly worth the trip... Their breakfast was also incredibly good. My baby missed out on afternoon tea because she was out, and she told me how much she regretted it. 😂 I'll be back next time, perhaps during the New Year holiday. I think the experience will be even better. 🥰

I took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure. The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions. During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience 😂 I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

The navigation was accurate, and there were parking spaces right outside, making it convenient for those driving. Parking was limited, but the owner would arrange everything. The guesthouse is run by two brothers, so you'll see two names in one courtyard – don't be mistaken! The guesthouse was clean. I hadn't noticed beforehand that my room had a shared bathroom; I only realized it when I arrived. Because the guesthouse wasn't full, the owner readily helped me change rooms, so you should carefully check the room description. Everything else was great. Breakfast was simple: congee, soy milk, fried dough sticks, and side dishes – simple but filling. There weren't many restaurants in the village, in my opinion, so if you want something better, go to a more bustling area. It's convenient by car or electric scooter. When I visited, there was a bioluminescent plankton phenomenon at Baiquan Mountain. The guesthouse is only two kilometers from Guanjiang Village.

My hotel stay this time was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel facilities and interesting places nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a great layout and excellent natural light. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted great. The freshly baked bread smelled amazing, and the noodles made to order were smooth and delicious. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and everything else I needed for my daily workout. The swimming pool water was crystal clear, and a few laps there were incredibly refreshing. The service was top-notch; whether it was the cleaning staff or employees I met in the elevator, everyone greeted me warmly, and any requests were promptly addressed. This stay was simply perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

It was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient. It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

Come to Pingtan to stay and lock this Quxi Beach Resort B&B directly! Properly set the ceiling of Pingtan sea view, worthy of the first place 🏆 The beach environment is super beautiful, and there are huge movies to take pictures at hand, and there are few people and clean without crowding. The view of the sea view room is really invincible, facing the sea without obstruction, lying on the bed to watch the sea and watching the sunset, the experience is directly full. The overall environment, location and landscape are impeccable. I definitely don't regret coming to Pingtan to see the sea. I highly recommend it!

This hotel was so nice, even better than the pictures online. I think it is worth staying in this area to be amongst the quaint and characteristic buildings on the island. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely with strong water. Great views surrounding the hotel. The young man who worked there was helpful, and polite. Such good service. There is a dongbei bbq and a really cute drink shop near by.

Really deserves five-star praise! ! (And the key point is that the price of off-peak travel is very cost-effective haha) The B&B is easy to find. It is basically at the entrance of the village. The sign on the roof is large and easy to see. The entrance of the B&B faces the sea, and the scenery is very good on a sunny day. It is very comfortable to sit on the lounge chair and bask in the sun. The coffee made by the boss (probably the boss, haha, he is the guy at the front desk anyway) tastes very good! (It’s really good. My boyfriend, who is a barista, also thinks it tastes good.) When I told him on WeChat that I wanted to get some ice cream, the boss misunderstood me at first. I didn’t even tell him when I got it, so I thought I’d forget it and just drink it. Then after a while, he realized that he had made a mistake and asked me to make a new cup for me. He was still very happy! Then on the first day we came here, he recommended Blue Tears Chasing Group to us. When we went to catch the sea the next day, they lent us the tools to catch the sea and said we could borrow them at will. The people are really nice and enthusiastic~ (Oh, I love the B&B as we walk down to the beach. It’s a stone beach suitable for catching the sea. We were lucky enough to dig up a sea urchin and starfish~) We finally saw Blue Tears thanks to the boss’s real-time broadcast in the tear-chasing group, hahaha. Although the amount was not big during the two days we went there, it was still beautiful. I'm satisfied when I arrive~
