Pingtan County Hotels with Gym

First off, let me talk about the service. I'd give the staff a perfect score. We arrived quite late on the 26th, and they even called us to check in, which is something very few hotels do! Secondly, the staff were all incredibly, incredibly, incredibly nice. They'd always acknowledge you when you walked by. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and the aunties (staff) were all wonderful. I especially want to mention the room – they upgraded us because we had a child, and it was very spacious. It's also extremely close to the seaside scenic area. We'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Afternoon tea and breakfast are both provided. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

Pingtan had always been on my travel list, and I finally decided to visit last minute. I spent a long time choosing a hotel. Actually, for a summer trip to Pingtan, I'd highly recommend picking a hotel or guesthouse and staying put for a few days, only venturing out to see the sea and take photos in the evening, because it's simply too hot and sunny! We rented a car at 12:30 PM, drove around for half a day, and arrived at the guesthouse at 8 PM. As soon as we got out of the car, a butler was there to help with our luggage! The pure white building looked beautiful even at night. Next to it was the Windmill Sea restaurant, where you could hear live singers and enjoy the breeze – it was so comfortable! After checking in, my child immediately changed into a swimsuit and headed to the pool; they were absolutely thrilled! The hotel also provided swim rings, which was very convenient. There was also a water park, which unfortunately we didn't get to experience. For breakfast, you could choose between beef noodles (which were actually rice vermicelli), beef ramen, or congee. I'd recommend the beef ramen. Besides the set meal, you could also pick fruits, juices, salads, etc. The beef in the ramen tasted very fresh! If you could get a window seat, eating while overlooking the Windmill Sea was an even better experience! After breakfast, we booked a travel photoshoot. The photographer delivered the photos incredibly fast, surprisingly so! The kids then played in the soft play area for a long time. The hotel also has a gym and a craft room, and you can participate in hotel activities, especially for kids – they can easily spend an entire day there during the summer without even leaving the hotel. It's a shame we didn't try the afternoon tea. The hotel also creates a 'island friends' WeChat group, offering services like ordering barbecue at night, which can even be delivered directly to your room – perfect for those who just want to chill out! The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing. Fortunately, the hotel prohibits children from playing in the water after 10 PM and even provides earplugs and eye masks, so it's not a huge concern. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep! We had to leave early due to an approaching typhoon, which was sad. My child said she wants to come back again; she absolutely loved it!

I started planning my trip last year but never had the time until after May Day this year, when I finally went to Pingtan! Let's talk about the hotel; it was genuinely great! The service was excellent, the hygiene was impeccable, the environment was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Even the restaurant food was well-cooked! It's located right at Longwangtou. On the first day, we explored the northern route, and on the second day, the southern route. On the third day, we covered all the spots we hadn't found yet. We even went chasing the 'blue tears'! Haha. I haven't uploaded the photos yet...

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

The location of the hotel is very close to the station, the car is very convenient, the environment is also good, the service is worthy of praise, the two young ladies at the front desk of their house are very good, the reception is very patient and gentle, and very beautiful, see we are three people and sent one person buffet breakfast 👍🏻 cleaning staff The staff sent things very quickly, and the supplies were delivered immediately after saying that they would bring more bottled water, very careful! The hotel decoration is simple yet grand, with new and complete facilities, and the toiletries are complete and good to use. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, with no strange smells, and it's quiet at night. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and all needs are responded to in a timely manner. The value for money far exceeds hotels of the same price point.

The Atour Hotel Pingtan Tannan Bay is perfect for a family vacation with kids! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it super convenient for kids to dig in the sand and for everyone to go crabbing in the evening. No long treks needed; when they're tired from playing, you can head straight back to the room to shower. Room service is very responsive; any requests are handled immediately by the staff. The location is ideal, not far from the county center, with plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of dining options. Takeout can be delivered directly to your room, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a relaxed trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall service is excellent. This stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Pingtan!

I booked a poolside room on the first floor for the first two nights, which went smoothly. On the third night, I realized via Ctrip that I had booked the wrong room type. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask if I could keep the poolside room on the first floor, and they said yes. When we checked in, they confirmed we'd have the same poolside room for all three nights. However, on the third day, without any prior notice in the morning, they called me at 1 PM while we were out, asking me to check out! How could we possibly come back to check out and switch rooms when we were out exploring? We asked the hotel to handle the room change, and as a result, two disposable towels went missing. If they had told me at check-in that it wasn't possible, I would have booked another place for the third night. This sudden demand to check out and switch rooms was completely unacceptable. The hotel's location is good, and they offer dining options. If it weren't for this incident, I might have considered bringing my team here. But this kind of behavior really cheapens the experience. It clearly shows they cancelled my booking because a new order came in – purely driven by profit.

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.
