YYaxinbaby～We arrived in Pingtan around 8 or 9 pm. The hotel service was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They helped with our luggage and assisted with check-in. The staff were very kind and gentle! The room was cozy and decorated with toys for children. The placement of these magnetic building blocks was brilliant; I didn't recognize them as toys at first, but my child picked them up and realized they were building blocks! The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The soundproofing is excellent. Highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

Service: The ladies at the front desk were so gentle and pretty. The male staff were all very polite, enthusiastic, and handsome.
Facilities: Everything you need is available.
They even turned on the air conditioning in our room before we arrived, so it was warm and comfortable when we walked in. Highly recommend! 👍👍

MM235845****The butler was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, and the hotel environment was excellent. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to my neurasthenia, but the bedding here was superb, and the buckwheat pillow was very comfortable, so I slept really well. I even got to see the sunrise in the morning, right outside my door. After watching it, I had breakfast and went back to my room for another nap – it was so relaxing. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Everyone, from the butler to the aunties in the restaurant, was very friendly. My stay here was a perfect experience.

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this B&B! First, the value for money is incredible. A room like this is totally worth the price. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and patient with any questions I had. She also proactively reminded me of some important things to keep in mind, which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast was Chinese-style, with porridge, side dishes, and steamed buns—it was incredibly delicious and healthy.
The most amazing thing was the location! The beach is just a short walk away. In the morning, I enjoyed a stroll along the shore and the sea breeze, and in the evening, when the tide went out, I took my kids to the beach to dig in the sand and catch seafood. It was so relaxing (the B&B has tools you can borrow). The B&B also has its own swimming pool, and my kids had a blast playing there. They didn't want to leave, so it's a real treat for families with kids!

1. On our first day, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper. On our second day, we didn't bother to clean the bathroom, but the trash can wasn't emptied, the toilet wasn't flushed, and there were used towels on the floor. The sink wasn't cleaned. After complaining, the front desk staff sent three boxes of local specialties and apologized.
2. The do not disturb/cleaning function in the room was a mere decoration, causing the cleaning lady to knock on the door and wake us up multiple times between midnight and 1:00 (we watched the sunrise and completed the southern route that day, avoiding peak hours, and cleaned up and went to bed at 11:00). This was the most unbearable thing! We had no energy left to explore the northern route that afternoon. 😤

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

GGuest UserHad an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is superb – less than a 10-minute walk to Longtou Beach right across the street. The service was incredibly thoughtful; it was easy to get a ride wherever we needed to go. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. On our first day, the front desk even helped us arrange a 'blue tear' tour (bioluminescent plankton viewing). I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pingtan!

Mmaggie-uThe locals said that the location is remote, but the hotel facilities are very good, the whole park has a nice view, the room is very large, and the breakfast is quite rich. It is difficult to get a taxi, and the electric car rental cannot be delivered to the door because of the remote location. But it is quiet, and I think families with children can choose this place
