"The hotel upgraded our room for free and provided a local guide with attraction recommendations, local specialty restaurants, and even a heads-up on the weather – the service was exceptional! The room itself was large and clean, and having two sinks in the bathroom was a huge plus, no waiting in line to get ready. Breakfast at the restaurant was plentiful with a good variety of constantly updated dishes. This is my third stay, and all my friends say they'll definitely choose this hotel again next time they visit."

"Located on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!"

The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also boasts excellent leisure facilities, and its location makes it very convenient for exploring. I must give a special shout-out to Harry at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and quick. He patiently explained all the hotel services and enthusiastically recommended local attractions and must-visit spots. His service was professional and thoughtful. "Aside from the ambiance being okay, everything else was truly disappointing. Whether it was the welcome fruit or the breakfast fruit, the blueberries were all soft from being left out too long! 🙅 (Very unacceptable) It seemed like there was only one staff member at the entire guesthouse. This one person at the front desk had to act as the housekeeper, help the kitchen, and deliver things. The owner is incredibly stingy!! No one answered the phone at the front desk. There was also no one at the breakfast area. I booked breakfast for 9 am, arrived at the restaurant on time, but there was no staff. When I contacted the housekeeper via WeChat, they said they wouldn't start cooking until I arrived. There was no need to confirm the meal time with me beforehand. Even the housekeeper only added me on WeChat after I requested it. Otherwise, everything was inconvenient. My advice to everyone is to just buy a coffee and take some photos at the outdoor café if you're really going to come. This 888 RMB room is worse than a three-star service! 😂"
