GGuest UserFrom the moment I inquired about the reservation over the phone, the butler actively introduced the local tourist routes. After arriving at the place, I was not disappointed. The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. Thank you very much🙏 for making me feel unprecedented safety. Thank you again for Zhang Guanjia's attentiveness to the guests, which made my travel during the May Day holiday feel more comfortable❤️

MMichael Joseph HI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was ideal and peaceful. The view from the homestay is beautiful with stunning vistas of the island. Both tourist attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. My room was both spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and the breakfast provided was delicious. I will stay here again in the future and I highly recommend this homestay.

I bought the train time late. After confirming the time arrangement, the owner gave us a free 1-hour delay to check out (because we need to reserve more than 1 hour to clean up for the next guest to check in).
The eggs and sausages in the breakfast are delicious! ! ! ! The eggs are super tender! The side dishes are also rich! I had porridge, pumpkin, eggs, sausages, steamed buns, and pickles that day, and they were delivered to the room, hot!

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

GGuest UserThe B&B is very close to Tannan Bay Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. We booked a king-size room with a 1.8-inch bed. Our family of three, along with our daughter, slept very comfortably. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice large yard. The owner, a young man, helped with our luggage and gave us delicious 🍉. We came to Pingtan to chase blue tears, and the owner even reminded us where they appeared. We were very lucky to have caught them.

The B&B also has a small parking lot with two free charging spaces. Very friendly to passengers traveling by tram!
But I think the most important thing is the very thoughtful service! What’s more, the service is more thoughtful than what a B&B should provide! I want to give a super five-star praise! First of all, the housekeeper contacted me before we arrived at the hotel, provided a lot of travel information, and upgraded the room type for free. In addition, we returned late one night and it had rained that day, so the ground was very soft. There were no street lights outside the village and we couldn’t see the road clearly. We took the wrong road and got stuck in the mud. It was late at night and I was unfamiliar with the place, so I contacted the B&B first. The housekeepers drove over with tools to help us plan the car. Although we had to call a tow truck for rescue in the end, I am still very grateful to the housekeepers of the B&B! Provides the most needed peace of mind in times of panic!
Anyway, the B&B can also help arrange sea catching and sea fishing experiences. Overall highly recommended! It seems that the road outside the village will be repaired in half a year, and the experience will be better after that.

The seafood food that can be served is fresh and delicious, rich in variety, and perfectly presents the unique charm of Pingtan. The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service. GGuest UserIt is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! The recommended restaurant is also good, the taste is suitable, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge is well cooked, and it is worth coming again on a sunny day in summer!

The terrace at the door is also a must. Going out is the beach. After the tide is low, you can catch the sea. The hotel can also provide tools to catch the sea. I also caught a lot of small crabs. GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!
