河津木屋酒店是一個獨棟的別墅，樣式復古很漂亮很多遊客會打卡拍照。住宿的地方位於二樓是旋轉的木質樓梯，有大件行李會略有不便。房間裏面非常漂亮，三張床其中有一個上下鋪，酒店會根據入住人數開放房間，三人入住就是一個房間。衞生間設施齊全有浴缸和淋浴，能夠滿足不同需求。和式的起居室有沙發和桌子還有墊子，舒適便捷。餐廳廚房設施齊全，冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺都有，也可以做飯，還可以在天台燒烤。天台的風景不錯，可以看到櫻花，可惜2月還有些涼。酒店辦理入住的人員特意等待我們坐火車遠道而來的遊客，為我們現場辦理入住,避免了拖着行李去很遠的地方辦理入住手續，服務人員熱情友善，盡力與我們溝通，人很好！特別是第二天退房後讓我們在樓下的辦公區域免費寄存行李，方便了我們遊覽櫻花，非常感謝！酒店位置超讚步行到觀賞櫻花的地方就兩分鐘路程，到河津站也不遠步行十分鐘左右就到了。來年河津櫻花祭推薦這家酒店。

Очень все понятно объяснили сразу, когда я приехала, где что находится и как пользоваться. Онсены называли bathroom. Номер хорошо обогревается кондиционером. Мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера до вида на море. Очень приятно было пить чай на балконе и смотреть на море и горы. Столовая, где утром завтрак, тоже отличается прекрасным видом. До цветения в кавадзу можно дойти за 20 минут по красивой дороге.

I arrived at the hotel after 6 PM, but upon entering the room, I found it didn't match my reservation: there was no bed (see Figure 1), while I had clearly booked a room with a bed (see Figure 2). After questioning the hotel, they insisted that this was the room I had booked. Worse still, I could hear loud noise from a machine on the side of the balcony. I immediately contacted my Ctrip hotel concierge, providing screenshots of the room reservation and photos of the noise from the balcony, requesting a room change. My concierge expedited the process with the hotel, and a staff member quickly arrived, but stated that ”changing to a room with a bed would cost extra.” I contacted my concierge again, who, after verification, explained that Ctrip had posted the wrong picture and promised to cover the room upgrade cost. Ultimately, a younger hotel staff member served us and helped us choose the room we had originally booked (Figure 2). The new room was not only newly renovated but also new and spacious, with an excellent sea view, a stark contrast to the previous, outdated room. Although this incident caused some delay, Ctrip handled it very efficiently. The customer service representative was proactive throughout, and their ability to quickly resolve the issue in an overseas hotel setting is commendable. Furthermore, other aspects of the hotel experience were noteworthy: dinner was served in a private ocean-view room. While the goldeneye snapper was a bit sweet, the ********* waiter, Kai, was very attentive, not only providing detailed explanations of the dishes but also explaining how to use the hotel facilities, especially since we might not understand Japanese. Breakfast was also good; I appreciated the hot rice and soup. The hotel's onsen (hot spring) experience was fantastic and very relaxing. Finally, a reminder: the hotel offers a station shuttle service, but advance booking is essential; otherwise, walking on the surrounding hilly terrain can be quite strenuous. If you choose the right room, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. I've noticed that Ctrip has already updated the room photos, so this issue should not recur.
