As perfect as it gets. At the simplest end here, I got a 70-square-meter room that included a dining area, a sitting area, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a walk-through room linking the bedroom with the master bathroom; that served as a place to keep your clothes. Plus a balcony. Mine had a splendid view of a lake (or, technically, a pond, but a lovely view day or night) and the city beyond. The room had a coffee station (Nespresso type) with coffee, sugar, and cream provided. The hotel also provided two bottles of water daily, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is fantastic, and the spa area a delight. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early, about three hours before check-in time, and they still checked me in in half an hour despite the hotel being filled to capacity. An absolutely fantastic, delightful, and amazing place to stay. Cannot recommend enough.

The hotel is in the city of Kaliningrad, in the southwest corner of the upper pond, and the lake view room is very warm and the scenery is nice. There is an ultra-authentic American steak restaurant on the first floor. Go out of the hotel to the Klinsberg Cathedral and compare with the Amber Museum Convenient, there is a local fish restaurant PECTOPAH on the other side of the river. The environment and taste are very elegant, leaving a lot of memories for the whole city...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodation exceeded my expectations—I was highly pleased and satisfied. The room was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a lovely view of the river. The rare opportunity to open the windows was a standout feature; being able to sleep with an open window was a huge plus, especially since it wasn’t noisy outside. As someone who can only sleep well with open windows, this aspect made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Сама по себе гостиница выглядит шикарно. Внешний вид, красота внутри, красивый номер. Но! Интернета здесь нет. Мобильный не ловит вообще, стоит глушилка. Вай фай отключается периодически и тоже плохо ловит Горячей воды нет, если и есть, то ее очень мало. Очень маленький напор. Геля для душа нет, пустая тара. Ужасное освещение. Все тускло Кнопка унитаза проваливается, постоянно бежит вода. Двери входные выглядят так, будто их рубили топором. Завтраки… самая дешевая колбаса, отвратительные сосиски, полусырая картошка. This charming boutique hotel is located in a nicely restored historical area of Kaliningrad. Me and my wife stayed there in January for six nights. A true gem! High international standards of hospitality industry - clean rooms, comfy beds, big windows, good sound insulation. They even have a stylish elevator though there're only three storeys there and they offer a parking in the courtyard for at least six vehicles. Breakfast must specifically be noted. Copious, diversified, tasty, with either omelette or fried eggs in addition - at first request. Bravo! They seem to arrange an open-air terrace behind the building during a warm season too. There were deficiencies, however, of course - who's not without a sin? Some small things were not always replenished, from cotton swabs to shoe cleaning cloth. One had to remind receptionists about that but their reaction was invariably immediate and positive so those small trifles did not spoil our impression at all. Their restaurant is city-famous for its food but to know my opinion please read my separate review. Strongly recommended. Do mind though that it's not centrally located. Sic! Avoid their room # 4 - the smallest.

The location of the hotel is convenient, there are many buses going out, there is a supermarket inside the shopping mall across the road, and it is convenient to buy things. There is no breakfast at the hotel, the hotel's meal is 350 rubles, self-service, but it does not change, three days are these things, eating in general. There is no air conditioning in the room. Figure 1 This vent should be connected to the outside of the hang-up machine. There is a little wind, but it is basically useless. It is too far away from the bed. Figure 2 is the window of the hotel. There may be no screens in Europe. But my room is on the second floor. The service staff will open and ventilate vertically after cleaning. The hotel is generally good. The only minus is far from the center of Kaliningrad. The rooms are clean, clean every day, there is a cooler with water on the floor. Staff is kind, no problems. I liked breakfast very much - there is a banquet room in the hotel and the cook knows their business. Everything is delicious, satisfactory, there are cache and baking. Very pleasant hotel, convenient location, parking. Responsive and welcoming staff. Take the floor room - spacious, convenient, clean completely, corresponds to the description. Beautiful toilet room, big shower cabin, everything you need to eat in availability. Beautiful breakfast is a Swedish table. From ”disadvantages” I will note the lack of elevator. I have problems with my knee and climbing to the 4th floor was a bit difficult. But in principle the problem is solved - when booking it was possible to request a room on the lower floors unless you know there is no elevator. Recently I went on a business trip to Kaliningrad for the All-Russian Environmental Forum. My friends and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel. We was met a transfer to the hotel from airport. The hotel was wonderful. The service was at the highest level, the concierge met us welcome. Our room was small, but cozy and comfortable. I was glad that there was the iron, because I was worried that I couldn’t iron clothes. Every day our room was cleaned, bottles os still water were brought, towels, bathrobes and soap accessories were changed. The conference halls where the forum was held were spacious and cozy. There were massage chairs where we rested after a hard day. Breakfast was included in the prise and there was a special section for vegetarians. The hotel is located in the city centre next to the main square. Since all the attractions are outside the city, so it was convenient the there is a Northern railway station nearby and we could get to such cities as Svetlogorsk, Selenogradsk, Yantarny and on the Curonian Split. If you are a student, take a student card, because with it tickets for transport and museums are much cheaper.

Расположен он не в центре, по меркам Калининграда, вероятно, ближе к окраине, но во-первых, до центра можно дойти пешком небыстрым шагом за полчаса, а, во-вторых, расположение очень удобное с точки зрения выезда в аэропорт. Рядом магазины, в том числе сувенирные, и аптеки. Огромный плюс - вид на пруд. Те же самые пешие полчаса по набережной - и ты в парке развлечений. Есть партнерские бонусы для клиентов, в том числе в спа. Номер у нас был вполне стандартный для отелей этого класса, со всем необходимым. Белье чистое, регулярно меняется; уборка каждый день, и не для галочки, а добросовестно. Ночью у меня пошла носом кровь, и тут же наволочку поменяли. Также очень порадовало то, что горничные обращают внимание на просьбы не беспокоить. Чай и сахар возобновляются регулярно. Душ чистый, без грязи по углам и ржавчины. Полотенца чистые, без пятен и ободранных краев. Сам душ чистый, напор хороший. Еще в копилку плюсов: на полу ковролин, но даже у меня, аллергика, не было проблем. С ресепшеном также проблем не было. Что касается ресторана: еда вкусная, есть доставка в номера. При нас там отмечали свадьбу, что, с моей точки зрения, служит показателем качества кухни. Завтраки с 7 до 10 утра, еды много, возобновляется регулярно. Достаточно разнообразно, причем не только в плане выбора блюд, а и в том, что ото дня ко дню что-то меняется. Персонал вежливый, аккуратный, посуда чистая. Жареная скумбрия (это же была скумбрия?) из меню очень вкусная. Удобно, что в холле есть стенды с сувенирами, и цена не задрана в десять раз, как это часто бывает в отелях. На что хочу обратить внимания (не из желания сказать гадость): 1) фен. Работает исправно, но высушить длинные волосы им проблемно. 2) лейка душа закреплена на высоте, вынуждающей человека небольшого роста вставать на цыпочки. Возможности её закрепить ниже нет. Возможно, в семейных номерах такой проблемы нет, но пожалейте нас, карликов 165 см ростом))) Последнее - внутренние рамы на окнах грязные. Окна у нас выходили на пруд и стоматологию, не на дорогу, так что это нельзя объяснить интенсивным движением. Прошу не обижаться на эти замечания, они действительно написаны из самых лучших побуждений. В целом, повторюсь, отель хороший.
