"This is a brand new hotel, so the room's cleanliness was, without a doubt, a perfect 10! However, there was still a noticeable smell in the room. Now, let's talk about the things I wasn't happy with. When I first entered the room, the AC wasn't working, and they had to call someone to fix it. The most ridiculous thing was that, out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was the first time I've been woken up by an intense beam of sunlight shining through the bottom of the curtains (the photo below was taken with my eyes open, it was incredibly blinding). The bottom edge of the curtain wasn't even touching the windowsill – is the hotel really that cheap they couldn't add a few more centimeters of fabric? Plus, the curtains were single-layered and felt more like gauze when the sun hit them, providing absolutely no blackout. There weren't even sheer curtains. There was only one type of pillow, and it was incredibly high; my neck was practically broken after just one night! For a hotel with so many rooms, they only had one washing machine, which meant long queues to do laundry. I waited until after 11 PM, and my clothes still weren't washed! There were many other minor issues I won't even bother listing. I understand it's a new hotel, and I hope they can take my feedback into consideration!"
