"We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful.
The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise.
Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another!
As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles.
This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old.

"This was the first, and most satisfying, hotel on our Beijing-Chifeng-Ulan Butong loop. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Breakfast offered an exceptionally generous and diverse spread. The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and provided outstanding service. Both the gym and laundry facilities were very convenient, and the reading corner boasted a wide variety of books. As a first-time guest at Atour, I would absolutely choose to stay at other Atour hotels in the future."

"Chifeng is so beautiful! Every time I come, I am very happy and have good friends! There is delicious! There is also my favorite smart hotel, the runway next to the hotel! Lisa at the front desk helped open the room in the middle of the night, and helped to invoice in the morning, especially worried about disturbing. "1. Convenient location, convenient transportation and good surrounding environment. It is close to the Hongshan Wanda business district, but about 100 meters away from the main road, so there is no traffic noise. It’s convenient for takeout and eating out. Living in a north-facing room, you can also see the river view, which is very nice.
2. The room is newly opened, the equipment is new and clean, and the Tmall Genie smart voice design is very convenient, which is suitable for me, a person who stays in bed. The mattress and pillow are good, and the latex pillow is comfortable. The floor heating is very powerful. I am afraid of heat, so I have to open the windows when I sleep at night.
3. Most importantly, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, especially the girl with black-framed glasses, melon-shaped face and short stature, who deserves special praise.

The hotel chosen for this trip was so pleasant! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet. The service is nothing to say, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check-in and check-out are very fast, and also actively recommend local special attractions and food. KKasper KasperClean room with a large bed for an inexpensive price, in good location. The hotel is on the sixth floor of an unassuming building, and there are no signboards anywhere, so it's best to ask around. I asked in a nearby shop and someone helped me to find it. The staff were very friendly. There was a deposit I had to pay. My room didn't have windows, so it got a bit stuffy. I asked if I could get an electric fan, but they didn't have any. I was overall very happy with the stay.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel a different kind of warmth and comfort. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the staff greeted us warmly and quickly checked us in, making us feel right at home.
The room is spacious, bright and exquisitely decorated. The bed is soft and comfortable, as if you are lying on clouds and have a good night's sleep. The windows in the room are very large, and the bright feeling makes people feel good! In terms of hygiene, I feel it is the cleanest and most secure hotel in the scenic area! (The night before staying at the James Bond Hotel, I booked a night at another hotel. I can’t say enough about it. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The water smelled like rust. There was a piece of paper written on the side about saline-alkali land. It was normal to use. It was the first time in history that I stayed in this hotel. I didn't even dare to wash my hands in a hotel. After washing my hands, the rusty smell made me doubt my life. What's more outrageous is that for the hotel we booked online, we had to pay an extra 200 deposit on site. I was afraid that tourists would check out. There is no harm if there is no comparison. I thought that the water in the scenic spot was just like that one, but I found that the previous one was simply superb...)
James Coffet Catering also gave us a great surprise. The restaurant has an elegant environment and soft lighting, creating a romantic dining atmosphere. The environment and taste are in sharp contrast to the surrounding restaurants. What I liked so much was that we ate all three meals in the hotel. After breakfast, we drove around to do various things. When it was time for dinner, we went back to the hotel to eat, feeling as if we were cooking in a private kitchen. After lunch, we continued driving, playing various things in the grassland, and continued to choose the hotel for dinner.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect and made Ulan Butong’s happiness many times greater. After all, having good food and accommodation is a good time! That’s a beautiful memory!

The only issue is that it’s located next to the highway, so the noise from heavy vehicles can be disturbing. So, if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, this hotel may not be suitable for you. But everything else was excellent.

Beautiful price! The room is spacious and bright, the transportation is convenient, the underground parking is provided, and it is a 15-minute drive from the Hongshan Museum~ There are many home-cooked restaurants and supermarkets adjacent to the bottom of the community~
The service is very intimate, and the air conditioning and hot water are also great! The sound insulation is slightly worse, but it is not a big thunder point.
Definitely the best choice for Chifeng tourism to stay in the city.

DDrift-sjIt's in the walkable distance from the railway station. I wouldn't say it's close but it's possible to get there by foot. The hotel is located in the area of transportation school so there are a plenty of restaurants you can eat. Also, the night market opens on the street right next to the hotel.
The room was also clean and spacious. The body wash products they put was quite good. I kind of miss it.

The beautiful receptionist saw that we wanted to do laundry after staying for several days, so she immediately contacted a waiter with a washing machine and asked the manager for an unoccupied room so we could wash our clothes in the bathroom in peace! ✌! The waiters in the restaurant helped us take our orders and served us dishes every night like old friends, making our meals both delicious and comfortable.🌹
