To sum it up, I was quite unsatisfied with this stay. **Facilities - 4 stars**: The room was very clean, tidy, and new. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower water was hot, and the heating was excellent. However, the advertised 'smart toilet' was actually just a regular one. **Service - 3 stars**: This was the most disappointing aspect. Firstly, on check-in day, I specifically told housekeeping that daily cleaning wasn't needed, just a replenishment of water and any missing consumables. The room only provided two 300ml and two 150ml small bottles of drinking water. Given the dry northern climate and the heating during my stay, the room was extremely dry. Despite this, only two bottles were restocked daily, forcing me to ask the front desk for more every day. Secondly, regarding breakfast: for a 38 RMB standard, it was exactly the same every single day of my stay. The steamed pumpkin was undercooked on two occasions. The picture shows the portion for two adults. After clearly stating it wasn't enough, they added two fried dough sticks. I also overheard the next table being denied an extra egg when they asked for one. The day before checking out, I informed the front desk about my early morning departure. The front desk staff proactively asked about breakfast, and my family mentioned they only needed a few boiled eggs to take away. However, upon checkout, the kitchen had prepared nothing and even questioned us with an incredulous 'Do you *have* to eat?'. It was infuriating. For a 500+ RMB room rate, this is the quality of a 38 RMB breakfast? Before my trip, I looked at many guesthouses. I finally settled on this one after reading reviews, which were almost all positive. However, my expectations were largely unfulfilled. While the hardware (facilities) was excellent, everything involving the human element was a letdown. Perhaps it was due to the off-peak season, or other reasons, but if my friends plan to visit Ulan Butong, I will not recommend they stay here.

The hotel's selection of local products was excellent; we bought many souvenirs and local specialties to give to friends, and the hotel even offered a home delivery service. The quality of the toiletries provided by the hotel was also very good. They provided Baishishan bottled water, and the tissues were especially thick and high-quality. There were also disposable toilet seat covers, disposable bath balls, bath towels, and bathtub mats, which made for a very comfortable bath. Plus, the small gifts given at check-out were very practical and delicious. We were just in time for the last bonfire party of the evening and got to experience a Mongolian-style bonfire night. We enjoyed a small concert featuring local traditional instruments, a spectacular fireworks display, and iron-spark performances. In addition, there was a stargazing activity at the observatory at night. The staff showed us different constellations, and finally, we even got to see the craters on the moon's surface through a high-end, hundreds-of-thousands-yuan telescope, experiencing a professional telescope's view of the moon. The hotel offers many activities. Besides those that might be canceled due to extremely cold weather, there are regular activities like petting baby goats and archery. The baby goats are incredibly cute and beautiful, with small horns. They are very docile and let you pet them freely, and you can even pick them up, though sometimes they can be a bit squirmy when held. I looked them up, and they are a local specialty breed. Their fur is smooth and soft, very pleasant to touch, and you can even pick some grass from the hotel's lawn to feed them.

Let me talk about the advantages first. The location is in my own pasture. It is super open at a glance. The house is beautiful. It is located in a few yurts. It is also great to take pictures of the grass rolls. It is also great to watch the sunrise and sunset starry sky! The facilities in the house are also high-quality, there is nothing to say in the homestay! There is a menu to eat at the homestay! Besides, it’s not very good. First of all, I have to walk about two kilometers of dirt road to the ranch. What makes me feel bad is the attitude of the hotel staff. Even if it is family-run, but since I opened a homestay, I have to have the awareness of the service staff. There are four dogs in the yard, we packed up and came out of the house. There is a warm puppy that swoops on the child's leg. It may be a lower leg (not a scratch), but the child is not scared. The child is timid. It is reported to the staff that the dog can be isolated several times. The staff refuses on the grounds of no place, and says: my dog, you don't provoke it, It never goes to you! (so we lie?) It really affects the mood!

As the sun dipped into the vast starry sky, autumn suddenly arrived in the mountains and rivers. I witnessed the most beautiful sunset in Ulan Butong, right next to Guanyun... With my dog, if possible, we could spend the whole day in the courtyard watching the gentle clouds and the afterglow of the sunset, then gaze at the stars, sip drinks, and daydream, while also petting the landlady's big dog a few times. Wouldn't that be a wonderful and relaxing vacation? In terms of scale and environment, it seems unparalleled in the area. It has a courtyard, a lobby, and a glass roof. As for the room facilities, they are basically standard. My requirements are cleanliness and tidiness, since we're vacationing with a dog, the hotel's accommodating nature is very important, and Guanyun is perfect in that regard... We're planning another winter getaway when it snows!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt its sincerity. The environment was exceptionally comfortable, with a small courtyard and free parking. The restaurant is in the front, and the cabins and hotel are in the back. The rooms are cozy and clean, fully equipped, with separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water pressure is excellent, making showering very refreshing. What I want to praise most is the food. It's authentic grassland cuisine, with dishes like pot tea, braised beef in sweet and sour sauce, and candied milk tofu. The portions are surprisingly generous, and the value for money is excellent. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming, like family, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, the location is superb, right on the main street, making it convenient for visiting attractions and shopping.

The breakfast is rich in variety, and the treasure hotel dug during the trip! The environment is warm and elegant, and the atmosphere is full. The room layout is simple and comfortable, the hygiene is impeccable, and the equipment is complete. The staff is gentle and polite, and the demand is responsive. The transportation downstairs is convenient, and there is everything to eat, drink and play around. Stay comfortable and relax, the fatigue of the journey will be cured instantly, I recommend everyone to stay!

This hotel, in my opinion, is simply overrated and lacks warmth. The smart speaker, smart curtains, and high-tech toilet might seem like a plus, but honestly, they're just a novelty. You wouldn't miss them if they weren't there. Now, for everything else... No shower slippers – and their response is 'we don't have them at our hotel.' Is that something to be proud of? Then there's the noise issue. You can't open the window because of the racket outside, and being right across from the elevator means constant noise. I barely slept last night. The room only had two pillows, which were too high and uncomfortable. The room itself is small; if you open your suitcase, you can't even walk around. You have to close it and put it away just to move. But the absolute funniest (and most shocking) moment was around 7:30 or 8:00 AM when a staff member knocked, and without waiting for a response, just swiped their card and walked in! They saw we were asleep, told someone else 'there are people sleeping here,' and then left. How ridiculous is that? All in all, this was the worst accommodation experience of my Inner Mongolia trip. Oh, and when we returned to the hotel, the front desk was unstaffed. The receptionist was sitting on a sofa smoking – smoking! My child asked me, 'Mom, do girls here smoke too?' I didn't even know how to answer!

The overall stay experience is very good, the hotel is conveniently located. Located at the starting point of the Re'a Line, the hotel was perfect for a sports car. It also had the only Tesla charging station within 100km, although it was a destination charging station, the 11kW three-phase power was quite good for charging at night.
