GGuest UserWe chose this Zhefei Hotel for our trip with friends, and it felt like great value for money. First of all, the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; everyone smiled and assisted us with our luggage, making things much easier for us. The room was also very clean – the bedding was practically brand new, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here! Everyone should check it out!

GGuest UserPerfect location close to the highspeed train station, this hotel is quite new and has very comfortable rooms with beautiful interior style - bright, earthy materials, lots of light colored wood and nice fabric. The staff were incredibly friendly. There are a few restaurants in the street nearby. The breakfast buffet offered was also nice and diverse, including a traditional Mongolian milk soup.

The lobby is stylish. Unfortunately, the service staff training is not in place. Many details have problems. The check-in process did not introduce the hotel facilities and breakfast floor location. I asked for an ID card. Deposit is received.
Entering the room, I found hair in the bathtub. I found nothing in the wash box before going to bed. I called and asked for a toothbrush at the front desk. The quality was very general. The slippers were also. I missed my toes after two steps. I called for slippers. When I took a bath, I found that the water was not smooth. Standing in the water with your feet to take a bath. The hotel is floor heating, so the room is very hot. I asked the front desk to know that there is no air conditioning. I suggest that I open the window to sleep. The air conditioner shows the room 29 degrees and barely sleeps for one night.
