GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good, but the staff was extremely unprofessional and did not reflect Marriott standards. Interactions felt more like dealing with a low-budget motel than a premium brand.
Booking policies are very rigid. Even after staying several nights, the hotel refused to allow any date modification when my plans changed.
They also refused to refund the night I did not stay and did not return the parking fee either, stating that the reservation was prepaid. This was disappointing, especially since the third-party booking service contacted the hotel directly and I was present at the front desk at the time. Despite this, the staff denied any adjustment and showed little willingness to help.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and flexibility significantly impacted my experience. I hope Marriott management reviews this, as it does not reflect the standards the brand is known for.

XXiaoqiliubaliuThe room was clean and tidy. The staff did not disturb during the stay. The breakfast provided was simple but coffee, bread, and eggs were available. The taste was good. There was no Chinese service. The guests were basically foreigners, but they were all friendly. Parking is convenient, there is no supporting facilities around, if there is no car to travel, it will be a little trouble.

GGuest UserRoom was clean and quiet, bed was conformable, A/C worked great, had a fridge and microwave in room, and an elevator. The front office staff were helpful and kind.
