JJINFENGThere are more parking spaces, suitable for self-driving travel. The facilities in the hotel room are also good, at least 3 stars, the price is still OK. The only thing I’m not satisfied with is the breakfast. There are too few types, only bread, juice, cereal, milk, coffee, and nothing salty (no sausage/bacon/soybean paste). For the Chinese It's very unsuitable.

GGuest UserThe housekeeping service was disappointingly bad. The room has no towels when I checked in at 3pm and I called the reception to inform the problem and requested for the towels, but it took more than 2 hours for the towels to be delivered to my room. Moreover, the hotel requires a deposit of CAD200.00 when you checked in, which is not a common practice in most hotels. Although the hotel will refund to you the deposit upon check out if your deposit is in cash but if you use a credit card, you have to wait for 5 to 7 working days before you will receive your refund.

Had a nice experience staying here! The location is good with free parking.
Rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of working.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. would come back again in the future when needed.

GGuest UserThe location was convenient with a lot of shops in the area. The staffs were helpful and the breakfast was good. They had a gym but did not use it. I made use of the laundry service coin operated. The room were clean and tidy and would recommend to stay here. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

BBill Chan, TorontoThe location is close to the airport, but far from the city center. Service is average. Arrived to check in at 430 pm and had to wait 10 minutes for the room to be handed over. The coffee machine in the room is an old model and it is inconvenient to make hot water.
