GGuest UserThe environment of this hotel is really great! The layout of the whole hotel is reasonable, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the furniture is elegant and comfortable. And the location of the hotel is quite good, very close to the city and attractions, very convenient to travel. In addition, the service attitude of the hotel is also very good, people feel very kind and warm. In short, I highly recommend this hotel!

MM222770****房間乾淨寬敞，乾濕分離，有晾衣架，有空調，有寬敞停車場。床鋪乾淨舒適。服務熱情。早餐豐富需要自費。電梯一至四樓，但是到五樓就需要走樓梯了。很顯然是後蓋出來的。在攜程上並沒有説明。我們到酒店時經協商住了2樓和4樓，後來又給其中一個房間調到5樓。當我詢問酒店為何變動時前台説2樓的房間有預訂。

MMaomaoyeye酒店23年新開業，設施齊全，裝修挺好，房間衞生整潔，用品也好，請看照片，應該是5分的酒店，但遺憾的是酒店服務的管理者不行，我們從華山趕到酒店晚7點了，從停車場停車後到大堂都感覺很好，取得房間卡後問前台幾樓用早歺，卻被告之初七之間廚師放假沒早歺，我們顯示攜程訂單有早歺，服務員請示經理，經理説告訴他們沒早歺，不願意住另換地方吧，我接過電話説，攜程的訂單就是合同，你作為經理怎麼連起碼的契約精神都不懂嗎，我是正當維權，你應該給個説法，經理説那你換個酒店吧，也不損失什麼…，你要找就找攜程吧。我真無語了，這種能力、素質如何在這大酒店當經理？因天晚夜黑，我又不適夜間開車，就先住下了，但向攜程提出了維權投訴，今早離開時，經理給送來一包麪包和兩小塑瓶裝牛奶，説是自己照顧我們的，我們本該享有早餐但最後卻成了討飯的了。酒店設施衞生的確不錯，服務員也好，衹是該經理我不知該如何評價。（該酒店周邊亦無小歺館）
