温温泉野郎I searched through the app and the room looked nice, so I made a reservation and stayed there. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite, and even though I'm not good at Chinese, they explained things to me in English, which was very helpful. As for the room, it was clean and perfect. The only thing I was disappointed with was the amenities, which required 3 hair styling combs and 1 toothbrush, but I'm glad the front desk responded quickly. I booked a plan that included breakfast, so I went to the hotel restaurant the next day. I didn't have high expectations, but it was very delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is really luxurious. As soon as you enter, you can see the magnificent lobby. It can be said to be the best hotel in Dunhua. And the service awareness of the entire front desk is also very good, the check-in speed is very fast, and the entire housekeeping department is smiling at customer service, and the customer's demands can be met as soon as possible, especially the manager Wang Xin at the front desk, every time I am able to professionally solve customers' problems every time, which is very nice.

GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk upgraded it to a business king-size bed for free. The hotel is in a good location. There is a market just across the street from the hotel and a pedestrian street next to it. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the toiletries smell like oranges. There are parking spaces downstairs, and there are many shopping malls nearby, including a large supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. There are restaurants and snacks on the street next to it, so you don't have to walk too far to satisfy your meal needs. It is also convenient to take a taxi downstairs, and there are taxis outside. I will stay here again next time.

I love Xana's decor, and as a chain hotel, I always expect guaranteed cleanliness and facilities.
The rooms are very comfortable.
And the service is exceptionally good!
The hotel's location is incredibly close to the train station!!
Plus, there's a fantastic Yanxin BBQ restaurant right next to the hotel, and the soup and rice place right next door is also amazing!!
I lost my bag when I was leaving, and it was the receptionist who found it and called me to tell me!! I'm so grateful.
I didn't take any pictures, so I can only post two photos of nearby restaurants.

AAnonymous UserIt's quite close to the Golden Buddha statue at Liuding Mountain; you can walk there without a car, as it's not far from the scenic area's parking lot—about a 5-minute walk. You can't drive up into the scenic area; you have to park in the parking lot.
The hotel environment is decent, but the rooms seem to have been recently renovated, so there's a lingering smell. The service is truly indescribable. To put it another way, it's like stepping back into the 1980s; the front desk staff, in today's terms, are always practically lifeless. Room attendants might leave the door open after cleaning, or they might leave halfway through cleaning, probably around mealtime. Breakfast is from 7 am to 9 am, and before 9 am, the staff are already preparing to clear the room (though their attitude is still very good), and then everyone gets a full plate and starts eating.
The shower temperature limit is 75℃; you can't shower for too long, otherwise there won't be any hot water left.

Dust filters are hanging in the corners, the shower head in the bathroom is old, the TV loses internet connection after a while, there's a layer of dust on the air conditioner's upper and lower air vents, and the paint is peeling off the walls.

SShanguangxiangweilaiThe triple room is in the form of a suite, which does not affect each other. The carpet in the house, the hotel is standardized and decorated, there is no TV in the outside room, and there are fewer TVs watching TV now. I went to bed and looked at my mobile phone for a day of travel. It does not affect the TV. There are air-conditioning 24-hour hot water inside and outside, the main price is affordable, you can stay here for one night, get up early, much more cost-effective than living in Erdaobaihe, the hotel environment is very good, that is, parking spaces are relatively small and cannot be booked. Parking on the roadside at night, but the traffic police will move in time before going to work at 8 o'clock in the morning.
