GGuest UserVery good National Day rest, the boss service is online. Breakfast is full, you can also help to get a table of food (self-funded project) recommended, the first floor is convenient to enter and exit, you can park at the door, 5 minutes to the lake.

AAnonymous UserThe room is good, give us an upgrade to the river view room, when the sun is down, the riverside scenery is beautiful, the environment is good, parking is free, fully equipped, parking is free, the service is good, breakfast can be purchased by yourself, we bought breakfast, the dishes are complete, especially the cooked red soup noodles, very delicious. You can try it. It is recommended, the price is super high!

MM430167****The hotel is located within the scenic area. The room wasn't very big, and upon entering, there was hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet was leaking a bit. However, the underfloor heating in the room was quite warm, and there were no strange odors. The price was high due to the Chinese New Year period. Breakfast was very rich, and for our two adults and two children, we used our complimentary breakfast vouchers without any extra charge. When we visited, the hotel only offered breakfast. I'm not sure if they usually serve lunch and dinner, as the room brochure indicated that room service was available for ordering meals.

The ghost town attractions are directly opposite the hotel. Travel and sightseeing are very convenient. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy, and the beds are soft, providing a good sleep experience. Attentive front desk service, highly recommended

環境：我們是一家人，兩大一小，房間三個床，第一次分開睡，各睡各的，一家人都很滿意，周邊環境也比較不錯，交通方便，停車免費！
服務：這次體驗重點是服務非常加分，老闆娘非常和善，見面就是微笑，一開始入駐的是有麻將機的房間，隔壁就有人在打麻將，我們擔心夜晚小朋友被鬧，給老闆娘説了之後馬上就給我們重新換了一間房，態度非常好！
總結：下一次去南天湖還會再訂這裏，這次的體驗非常不錯！

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is easy to find; navigation leads directly to the hotel entrance. It's also not far from Nantian Lake, probably only a 10-minute walk. From the warm and attentive service at check-in to the rapid response to various needs during my stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism. When I couldn't find the hairdryer and called the front desk, or felt cold in the middle of the night and needed a blanket, the front desk patiently explained where the hairdryer was and which of the two outlets to use, and arranged for a blanket to be delivered immediately—a truly heartwarming experience.
