The location of the hotel is very close to the east entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet Line in southern Anhui. It takes about seven or eight minutes to drive. Very friendly family keeping open the hotel. They allowed me to store my bicycle in a close by building they own. As for the room, it was quite a standard room, although quite spacious and clean. Despite my late arrival, I was even allowed to do laundry.

It was already dark when we arrived at the redwood forest, so we planned to watch the sunrise early the next morning. We searched online and found the nearest place was the Bald Cypress Inn. When paying the bill, I specifically praised the food to the owner, who explained that it was the off-season and his wife had cooked it herself. I was so glad! The food was perfectly suited to our tastes. The room we stayed in was also very clean and well-equipped. The next morning, we had vegetable and egg noodles at the inn.
