GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel in winter and I have a good impression. This time I came to this hotel again and I was a repeat customer. When I went to winter, the road was still being built in front of the door. Now it is repaired, smooth and beautiful. In the last stay experience evaluation, it was suggested that you can consider not placing paid items and not receiving deposit. This time, I found that the paid items were not placed, but I retained the deposit and collected some of the opinions of the guests. Breakfast is worse than the last time. It is said that it ends at 10 o'clock, but it ends at less than 9:30, and there is basically no food to eat. There are no eggs. This has to be a subtraction item. When I checked out and handed in the room card, I took the initiative to say hello to the waiter ”check out”, and the waiter didn't even hum. Whoever should say hello to whom first seems to be reversed. And the guests said hello and did not answer, which was somewhat surprising. The security guard is worthy of praise. There is a start to welcome the guests, there is a voice to send the guests, there is a smile to talk, and the hospitality is sincere.
