The room was well-appointed, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. The wooden decor was luxurious, and the bed was soft and comfortable, clean and tidy. The room also had a private hot spring bath, and the cleanliness was excellent.
The B&B host was very friendly and helpful.
The surrounding area was also pleasant, with convenient food and beverage options nearby.

GGuest UserCome to Heyuan Zijin for a business trip, choose the right old friend Mercure! The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped and brand new, the bedding is dry and comfortable, and the sleep is excellent. The service is super warm, the whole process from check-in to check-out is intimate guidance, and local specialties are also recommended. The location is excellent, close to the office, and the transportation is convenient. The price is full, like being at an old friend's house, next time you come to Zijin, you will still live here!

GGuest UserIn order to travel conveniently, I chose a hotel adjacent to the high-speed rail station. Because the room type booked late at check-in was full, the front desk sister took the initiative to help upgrade. The staff were very enthusiastic. The mattress was moderately firm and the kind needed. The room was large enough and clean. My favorite is the makeup mirror with lights and showers with hot water in seconds and large water volume. The value is superb. Of course, the price is also super high!

The bedding is clean and soft, the bathroom has no smell, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is particularly stable at night. GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, and what really impressed us was the onsen bathing facilities right in the room. The water fills and drains quickly, allowing you to fill the room whenever you want, without having to drain it early.
The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned; you can't see it while soaking, and even when enjoying tea at the large tea table, you have to twist your head to watch it. Adding a TV near the tea table and the hot springs would be perfect.
The hotel only opened this year (2025), and the front desk staff are still in training, but they were very friendly, helping make coffee, recommending nearby restaurants, and more. Thank you.
