The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

It was warm, cosy room. They put a bed story next to your bed. That was cute. The story relates to the name of the hotel. Wonderful!!! It is next to the central city Christmas market!!! You can feel the Christmas in the air!!! It is 15 minutes from station, easy to find. Delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly!

We had a beautiful stay in the Regio Hotel Schatzenhaus in Wernegerode. The location was very beautiful. It was very quiet there, in a sackgasse directly at the shock. That's why we have sleeped very well! From there you could just walk super. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, even a water cooker with glasses and tea bags were in the room. The breakfast was really very good. There was not only Continental, but also antipasta, rhetoric, small fricadels, etc more than we had expected. The staff at the reception or in the breakfast area are very nice and helpful. We were there 3 days over the holy evening, we're sure to take a short holiday there in spring. Easy to find, descent hotel withnwarm hispitality, but breahfast need ti be enlarge. Will come again if travel to wernigerode

All was super. The location is beautiful, directly in the forest. Eating was also good.

Good location when you walk to the brook. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I hit my head on the bar that above the bed kit, which is at unfavourable height. It is missing staff. Unfortunately, the receptionists are always elsewhere, that's a pity. I've already worked in hotels and know how awesome the owners/managers are. So, please hire more people. If the hotel dad has guests all year round, that wouldn't be a problem.

What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg!

Very nice located castle. Just find the reception and other facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were super large and equipped. everything was needed. The heating had to fight with the temperature but 19 degrees of warm were the rooms. A heating air/infrared heating was available to increase the temperature in the bathroom in the short term. We usually sleep at 18 -19° C therefore no problem. The ordered sect was with 2 glasses on the room as ordered. We had no food pre-ordered in the restaurant, but after consultation there was no problem to get food. The breakfast did not leave any wish open. The spa area is divided into different areas and was perfectly sufficient and beautiful. I can continue to recommend it fully. We will come back in summer.

This is the deluxe room renewed the next day. It seems that there is no difference from the first day. The floor is the second floor. It feels like it lacks the meaning of antique nostalgia. The facilities are complete and the health is good. The service is still the English reception. The unexpected thing is that the city tax of 3 yuan per person per day is finally charged. This is not displayed at the time of booking. Fortunately, Trip.com has made up the voucher. I feel that Trip.com service is still very good.
