H24 Parkhotel Thale
"Very nice, modern hotel. Great location! We were very satisfied. The dinner at the hotel was also superb!"
Hotel Garni am Schlosspark
"Great location in Wernegerode, super starting base for a harsh holiday. Clean, properly liked again :-) Very very friendly and premature. Super breakfast and everything delicious. Parking and playground everything in front of the door. Grilling super."
Hotel & Spa Wasserschloss Westerburg
"Very nice located castle. Just find the reception and other facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were super large and equipped. everything was needed. The heating had to fight with the temperature but 19 degrees of warm were the rooms. A heating air/infrared heating was available to increase the temperature in the bathroom in the short term. We usually sleep at 18 -19° C therefore no problem. The ordered sect was with 2 glasses on the room as ordered. We had no food pre-ordered in the restaurant, but after consultation there was no problem to get food. The breakfast did not leave any wish open. The spa area is divided into different areas and was perfectly sufficient and beautiful. I can continue to recommend it fully. We will come back in summer."
Best Western Hotel Schlossmuehle
"Nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue is that there wasn’t an air conditioner. But I just opened the window and it cooled off at night. Close to the heart of town, and breakfast and dinner were good."
Regiohotel Bunte Stadt
"All clean, good service from the employees and very friendly"
Acron-Hotel Quedlinburg
"Rooms are ok, clean and my room had the biggest spider and spiderwebi have yet seen in a hotelroom. -I left him alone for the next guest. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy."
Hotel & Restaurant Druidenstein
A-Rosa Gothisches Haus Wernigerode
"The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode."
Regiohotel am Brocken Schierke
"All very pleasant! We were very satisfied!"

Landhaus Zu Den Rothen Forellen
"The location of the hotel is undoubtedly a highlight: It is located in a beautiful and quiet area right next to the trout pond, which creates a relaxed and picturesque atmosphere. However, there are a few points that urgently need improvement. The hotel is showing its age in many places. The rooms and bathrooms could urgently do with modernization in order to meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The lack of air conditioning was particularly problematic, which made for a very unpleasant stay when the outside temperature was high. The broken TV in my room was also a small defect that should not be found in a hotel of this category. In addition, the constant lighting outside at night significantly disturbed sleep, which made the stay less restful. Unfortunately, the pool area was only partially in use, which severely limited the possibilities for use. The staff was another mixed point: some employees were friendly and helpful, but others seemed rather annoyed or snooty, which gave the feeling of not really being welcome. Overall, I'm afraid I have to say that the Hotel Zu den Rothen Forellen doesn't hold up compared to other 5-star hotels. The potential for an exceptional experience is there, but it urgently needs extensive renovations and service improvements to reach the high standards of this hotel category. In terms of service, I had mixed experiences. Some staff were very friendly and tried to make their stay pleasant. Unfortunately, there were also staff who seemed either stressed or indifferent, and at times I felt like I was more of a burden than a welcome guest."
Morada Hotel Alexisbad
"The worst was the food. Canfood, powderfood and frosne vegatables cook until recognizable. The hotel is full of retireres People’s. Okay - but it does set a standard for speed of particalflow. Also in the reception. The pool is under restauration. But the beds are fine. It is in the middel of nowwhere and the reception were not helpfull to find buslinjes etc. A mistake to end up there. Saturday the restaurant turned into a 1970 Dance-hall with awfull Sound and light and nowhwhere to go to Eat. We ender up on the terasse. By mistake we paied for the first dinner we had. The money could not be returned so we ender up getting a bottle of Wine and 4 picknick-bags we some bread and food. Don’t go unless you are looking for a retierementhome. "
Harzhotel Warnstedter Krug
Boutiquehotel Schloßpalais
"It was a nice hotel and I also like to spend 2 or 3 nights"
Schlosshotel Blankenburg
"we spent our New Year's Eve 2023/2024 here. Room: our room was large, clean, modern and bright. A minibar is included in the room. We had booked the New Year's Eve package, which included drinks from the minibar, only non-alcoholic drinks, which were also refilled daily. A mini safe is included in the room. Our room had a nice view of the castle/park. The bed was good, you could sleep well in it. Bathroom: the bathroom was also modern, bright and clean. I found the shelf a bit small, you couldn't put much down. Everything was also available in the bathroom: hair dryer, make-up mirror, soap, lotion, shower gel. The shower also had enough space. Breakfast: the selection was very good, everything was there and it was delicious too. Lots of delicious specialties from the region. It was also quickly refilled. General: the hotel is located a little up the mountain. The center can be reached on foot from the hotel. There is enough parking. WiFi is free, but the connection in the room is not always available. The hotel is large, modern and clean. This hotel also has a wellness area, but we didn't use it. Dinner: our New Year's Eve package included 2 x half board, each with a 3-course menu. On the day of arrival I was asked if I had any intolerances, which I stated. On the second evening I had to point out myself that I couldn't tolerate the soup, I was offered a "substitute soup", but I wasn't at all impressed. Pure water with powder?? Others are offered a fine, tasty soup, and my soup consists of water with powder or whatever, which is what a 4-star hotel offers?? Why was I asked about any intolerances when I arrived? Do I have to understand that? Apart from the substitute soup, everything else was delicious. New Year's Eve: there was a buffet, there were some great things there, which were also delicious. There was also a midnight snack and sparkling wine. What I didn't like was the labelling of the dishes, it would have been more sensible to have cards in front of the hot dishes so that everyone knew what was in them and didn't have to open the lid first. A little more light would also be better. Otherwise it was a lovely New Year's Eve. The hotel didn't have its own fireworks, but you could still see some fireworks in front of the hotel. Anything else? I looked at the bill at home, you have to look twice (read...but it really is on the bill. Since when do you have to pay for a "little gift"? In my opinion, it doesn't cost anything, right?? I've never experienced that. The "little gift" was a 250 g jar of honey, which was in your room when you arrived. The price on the bill is a whopping 20.00 euros. So 20.00 euros for a 250 g jar of honey...I'm at a loss for words. I didn't see any gold leaf in the honey... ... Summary"
Hotel Villa Heine Wellness & Spa
"Update: visit 9. or 10.. to 12.10. with a small group at Hotel Villa Heine. Observation: Super friendly staff. Good breakfast offer with great, quirky service lady. Good wellness offer. Clean, beautiful rooms with park view. Still-right “Vintagehotelbar”. Urige Umgebung in the breuhaus, where the Asian service force makes a really great job. However, the buffet was (for ambitious 35€) below average. Conclude: Very good hotel at maintained level. Negative: This weekend the hotel was floated with tourists of a widely used “special offer” (with vouchers?). That was not suitable for the house. But otherwise, true recommendation and probably the best house on the place! The brew house has a lot of air up! 1. Contribution: I was on 27.8. there to book rooms for October. Mr Fehlberg has been very engaged and super friendly and showed the house! Conclude: Top service at the reception! I spontaneously booked 3 rooms and look forward to visit from 9.10. - What?"
Hasseröder Burghotel
Hkk Hotel Wernigerode
"I would like to use it again. thank you."
Hotel Blocksberg
"We were from 13.03 to 16.03.26 at Hotel Blocksberg, on recommendation. We were positively surprised. The house has a own bakery and provides it not only to its own guests but also to the community. The memory card is small but fine. Our hair-skin Sir Henry was also best provided (with leckerlies from the house). We can only recommend the hotel further."
Waldhotel Auszeit Mit Restaurant & Café
K6 Seminarhotel
Hotel Alte Brennerei
"Nice little hotel with a good breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Well-situated, walkable from the station and the town centre. Ground-floor rooms are a bit pokey since the front door is the only window. And "balcony" means a table in a shared courtyard - no privacy and the restaurant terrace is noisy. Receptionist is a minimalist with better things to do."
Hotel Ambiente
"My wife And I am Very happy I was With Our Rooms The room was clean And the hotel Personnel is Very nice And Also helpful And we had a very good and very clean stay from yesterday to today Great praise to the friendly staff"
Schlosshotel Stecklenberg
Wyndham Garden Quedlinburg Stadtschloss
"The only good thing about the hotel is the location. We had booked two rooms. Mrs. Bärbel S in August experienced exactly what we experienced too: stained wallpaper, stained lampshades, stained carpets, the towel rail in the bathroom had never been dusted. As our room was next to the elevator and the connecting door, the noise was considerable, and it was apparently not possible to get another room. The staff were unfriendly and listless, and the breakfast was discount store quality. The way the hotel presents itself has nothing to do with reality. Peter S."
