Mmoney_ingThe room was clean and tidy, and was cleaned every other day. However, the cleaning staff sometimes only gave one bath towel, and the water in the refrigerator was not kept. In total, I stayed for 12 days and only refilled the water once. The breakfast variety was average and did not change every day. The overall feeling was average. The location is good, turn right and there is a bus stop in 2 minutes, turn left and you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes. It is very close to the Wiesbaden Christmas Market.

GGuest UserDuring the Frankfurt exhibition, hotels in the city center were hard to come by, so we chose Wiesbaden. It was also very convenient to take the train to the city center every day. The hotel was affordable and we were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was also very rich!

TTianshuThe hotel is just outside of train station, very convenient for taking bus to the city center, taking train to other places for a day trip and direct train to airport. The room is clean and comfortable. A little small, bit enough for two.

GGuest UserA decent hotel. Good enough for one night. Personally, we'd prefer to be closer to the city center, but that's a choice. We got off to a bad start at check-in. We always look for hotels that allow dogs. Upon arrival, we were told that dogs weren't welcome. We explained that this was indeed indicated on the website and that we'd mentioned this when booking. The receptionist then told us we'd have to pay an additional €40 because the room had to be disinfected after each use. My jaw dropped. I asked if I could cancel the booking. This wasn't specified when booking the room. She looked at me somewhat condescendingly and said that wasn't possible. What do you do then? If we had to book a different hotel, we'd lose our payment anyway. So, off we went, €40 plus €10 tourist tax. That left a bitter taste in our mouths.
The room was tidy. Oddly enough, three beds. The bathroom was very small. You can't even fit your beauty case in there, or you'll break your neck. A good shower, though. Poor pillows, like everywhere in German hotels. Breakfast is good. Lots of choices, and good coffee. But we definitely won't be back!

GGuest UserIn fact, it is a chain hotel, barely reaching the domestic all-season standard, the hotel belongs to the German country style, with bold and rock style. Breakfast is more American, there are not many varieties but quality. The room is nothing special, and there are requirements for luxury that seem to be disappointed. The hotel is3-4 kilometers away from the city center, and there are basically no commercial facilities around (there is a small supermarket at a gas station that can barely buy water or coke). You can take a taxi back and forth to the city center (it takes 40 minutes to walk). It is worth seeing that there are shops to buy in the city center. If you go a little further, it is recommended to continue to take a taxi up the mountain, there are ancient cable cars, there are golden-top Russian churches, there are German villas, it is worth playing.

GGuest UserGreat location!! Service was very good, enjoyed the breakfasts, excellent scramble eggs. Had some trouble with the internet for the first 24 hours, but eventually got it up and running. Third gentleman we had was especially helpful, as was the main breakfast lady, and a younger male who loaned us an adapter. We had room 42, which had a terrace. Right across the hall was the one that featured the balcony (43?), which has a lovely view of the river and small balcony - beautiful. My only concern was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and what looked like some black mold above the shower, in the two corners. Bathroom was very modern and clean otherwise.
