A very big problem: ants will enter the hotel room. We lived on the first floor (actually on the second floor). We saw a lot of ants on the table and bed in the early morning. The next day, there were ants on the clothes in the closet. I felt uncomfortable all over.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a room for two adults, but we were actually bringing an extra child. After they saw that we had a child, they asked us to change it to a room for three people for an extra 50 euros. This didn't feel very humane, but it's understandable. The hotel is very close to the church and the University of Salamanca. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but parking isn't very convenient, especially for large vans, because there's a corner where it's easy to scratch the vehicle.

MMandy-lyIt's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel with this kind of decoration. The decoration is quite European. But it's clean and tidy. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the surrounding attractions and can be reached on foot. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, very good! 5 stars must be given to the service. The previous triple room was large and sunny. But the air conditioner was too loud! It affected my rest. I communicated with the front desk and changed the room. It was a small patio room with poor lighting. The bathroom has a heater, but it heats up slowly, and it feels cold when taking a shower. Other things are OK, the breakfast is average, and there are few styles! European hotels do not provide slippers! !

Ccouple 2Located 15 minutes walk from the city center, the very quiet hotel with old-fashioned charm is a good address. The room is very large, the bed kingsize, beautiful bathroom. The hotel has free underground parking. The breakfast is very varied and complete with a wide choice, only quality products. The only downside is the mattress a little hard. Possibility of lunch and dinner in the large restaurant at reasonable prices for a complete menu. To recommend.

BBronsteinThe hotel is conveniently located near numerous shops and has its own parking lot right outside the door. The rather small rooms are well furnished, the bathroom has a bathtub. Air conditioning cannot be regulated (no tocar). The room was a bit noisy, but the neighbors were quiet. The reception closed unusually at 5 p.m. The bar was constantly closed. The cheap breakfast at €6.50 was quite simple. There were no hot dishes or normal bread, and I looked in vain for milk and butter.
