NNuomandimaotouyingThe kitchen facilities are very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, right by Annecy station, which means the main bus terminal (where even Flixbus stops) is also just a stone's throw away. You hardly need public transport in such a compact city; Lake Annecy itself is less than a 15-minute walk. Conveniently, there's a shopping center directly opposite, and the Monoprix supermarket inside has a fantastic butcher section. I bought some pre-marinated beef to pan-fry myself, and dinner was ready in no time.

BBerylOng20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards.

Aart doartdeePark your car near the hotel and come to inform us to receive a discount card for overnight parking. The hotel is lovely. We arranged an extra room with a large bed, soft mattress, comfortable pillows, an elevator, and air conditioning.

It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

GGuest UserDid not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

Eeun1004This place is perfectly fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The facilities are a bit dated but still acceptable. Its location directly opposite Annecy Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser available next to the front desk.
The elevator is an old-fashioned type where you have to manually open the doors, and it's quite small, fitting only about two people. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water all night, so I couldn't take a shower. When I went to inform the front desk, other guests were also reporting the exact same problem. The hot water never came back on, even by the time I checked out.

In the hotel carton walls, everything is heard as neighbors cough, write, talk, at night if someone leaves the room, the door clapping sounds like the beginning of the 3rd world. Choose only from the price. The staff is welcome, we were called by a taxi when the cleaner refused to go there. In general, for his money, okay

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.
