"The hotel is in a good location, close to station and city centre and the main tourist attraction but my stay wasn't very pleasant in the hotel. I booked one room with 2 adult, I usually get twin rooms when I asked the hotel but BWP asked me to pay for upgrade to twin beds, and they said I get a room with a balcony too.I was happy to get a room with balcony so I agreed to pay. When saw the room was very disappointed. The room was very small basically has a double two bed joined together. The bathroom is basically for slim figure people. Our room was on a second floor, very close to a park and train/station. when I opened the balcony all the traffic noise and daytime you can hear the children screaming and playing in the park. Night time you can hear from the park rough sleepers are arguing and shouting with each others and shouting and screaming. There was no peace and quiet in the room. I had to close the belcony door though out my stay. I went to Annecy to celebrate my birthday but it wasn't as great as I have aspected from the hotel. But Annecy is beautiful city and would go back to city again and would stay another hotel."

"Due to a TGV delay, I arrived close to 11 PM, but the hotel kindly provided me with the door code and room key via email, allowing me to check in without any problems. The room was lovely, decorated in yellow, and was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in during my time in France. Located in the old town and close to Lake Ancy, it's also a very convenient location for sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended!
