"No one was at reception, we had to get in using a terminal that didn't work. Fortunately an employee helped us after 20 minutes. I had to prove that I had paid for my reservation. Breakfast ok. Cleanliness, there were pieces of tissues on the carpet in the room. If the window is open, it's very noisy, there is a road and a gas station. They have just opened, some improvements to be made."

"This hotel is really great. I think it has reached the level of a five-star hotel. Although it does not have the facilities of a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are overall very good. "It was a lovely stay, comfortable and spacious 2-bedder apartment. Adequate kitchen cookware and utensils for cooking, enough for a family. Good value for money although there is no housekeeping or change in towels for the whole stay. Gated carpark for extra small fee. Thanks"

"This place is perfectly fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The facilities are a bit dated but still acceptable. Its location directly opposite Annecy Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser available next to the front desk. The elevator is an old-fashioned type where you have to manually open the doors, and it's quite small, fitting only about two people. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water all night, so I couldn't take a shower. When I went to inform the front desk, other guests were also reporting the exact same problem. The hot water never came back on, even by the time I checked out."

"A great hotel for you if you do a night Annecy. The room is not big but it's fine. There is a nespresso machine. The hotel's facilities are very pleasant. A fun and tasteful decor of the room where breakfast is served. Breakfast is very good. Fresh baked cakes, cake and others. In addition, croissants, stove bread, 2 types of eggs, cutting, yoghurt with muesli and notes, fruit. Very generous compared to budget hotels. There is also outside a terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and help you with whatever you want. From Sunday to Thursday there is even the possibility to take dinner here. A recommendation for the price! "
