"It's a nice apartment hotel. The building is a bit older. The service is great, I arrived late night. Since they had no reception at the time I was arriving they sent me clear instructions how to enter, park the car and get the room keys. It was convenient and good value for money."

"The hotel by the lake in the small town had beautiful views from the balcony rooms. It was very close to the old town and the lake, and there were many restaurants and shops downstairs. The French breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It was a very happy holiday! I only realized I had lost one of my Bluetooth earphones at the hotel when I boarded the train. I found it through customer service, but I don't know if they can help me send it back. However, it didn't spoil my trip. I recommend it."

"The bathroom is too small. It's a simple stay, so make do. You can park your car at the hotel, but there's a fee. There's free parking at the factory outside the hotel. The hotel is close to the highway and not far from Geneva Airport."

"The hotel room was very small, and an unpleasant smell hit me as soon as I opened the door. I figured it was just for one night, so I decided to put up with it. On the plus side, the location was excellent, right by Lake Annecy. Breakfast, however, was also quite disappointing."

"Brand new hotel beautifully renovated with high end furnishings. The inside is impressive and very welcoming reception staff. Our room was huge with separate toilet to the shower room. all Lights and shutter on door are all done with a touchscreen. Tea and coffee available could be a bit more generous with the milk ! Lot of cupboard space but not much hanging space. Excellent air conditioning. No fridge, iron or ironing board but very good hairdryer. The outside space is good but I think a parasol Would be welcome addition. The fan in the toilet and shower room did not work or the t.v. Reception were informed about this. The underground car park is very safe and secure with individual garages but the card did not work to open the gates so had to Abandon the car and walk back to hotel. The bar is beautiful and is a really nice Place to spend the evening. I think there will Always be a few teething problems with new hotels but all in all our stay was excellent and would highly recommend. The centre of Annecy is about. 15 min walk from the hotel"

"We came to Annecy for two days. We spent one night at the hotel with breakfast included. The two receptionists were very friendly and attentive. The buffet was very generous. We even found some Paul Bocuse products! 👍 At breakfast, we had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager and her husband, the restaurant manager. A very professional and pleasant couple. "Good price value hotel, directly in front of a bus stop to go to the city center (otherwise 20min straight walk, can't get lost). All you can expect from a 2 star hotel, friendliness atop. Clean rooms, good bed, would have given 5 stars if they had AC, but fortunately the night was cool and you can sleep with windows open as the area is very quiet. Nice value breakfast. Pictures on the Internet don't reflect the hotel and you might be sceptic when arriving but go ahead and stay overnight "
