MMassalaI have used it several times since 10 years ago. The location is close to the station, the room is clean, the staff is kind and very good. However, it is a little disappointing because the amenities are decreasing from before and there were no slippers. Breakfast is very delicious with typical English food.

GGuest UserWell before I booked a read a lot of comments saying dated. I was somewhat nervous on arrival, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and endearing, and the ship is run well. If anything the datedness adds to the lovely character of the place, I saw it as a bonus. Great value for money. I would definitely book it over a Travelodge or PremierInn, especially given the service quality and attentiveness of staff at Harrowgate Hill Hotel.
