Ttobby12Advantages: beautiful environment, open the door is the endless field, classic English country cottage, bedding is very comfortable, toiletries are complete. There is free milk coffee juice bread, eggs, cereals and other breakfast.
Disadvantages: The location is too remote, the room is poorly soundproofed, and you can hear footsteps and coughs.
Overall suitable for people with cars, free parking in the front yard.

Newly refurbished.
Plenty of parking space.
Bar and Indian restaurant on site is very nice. However the food was too sweet to my taste.

GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay! The staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are wonderful - lots of power points in useful places! - and the location is lovely, close to the railway station, a short walk into the centre and some beautiful riverside walks. I’ll definitely be back.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Ramside to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had both a large bath and walk-in shower. We ate in the Rib Room Restaurant where the service of John and his team was excellent and the food of the highest quality.

GGuest UserSpacious room, nice kitchenette and basic accommodation. The room was a little tired and smelled a bit musty, but very clean and I slept well. Check-in was straight forward enough at the bar and very nice bar staff member. Several buses can be caught very nearby and it’s around 10 minutes into town (£2 single or £4 day pass). I would stay again :)
