Excellent stay, I will go back, really a good place, very beautiful .

A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Good hotel and great location. Walking distance to the town centre and the dam. Breakfast is great. It is a good stopover from Edinburgh to Ness area.

On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

The location of the hotel is not the most accessible especially if you do not drive, we were lucky to get a taxi to the train station. The hotel is located in a heritage building so there are no lifts, it is recommended to travel light. What we enjoyed most is our time at the lounge as it is relaxing in front of the fireplace. The balcony rooms also come with a great view of the charming town.

Great small hotel in the centre of Pitlochry, with free parking. The hotel made great efforts to comply with new Covid 19 regulations and made us feel safe and looked after.

The service is ok and friendly, it's quite but sometimes you can hear your neighbour

The hotel is great, the service facilities are superb, the super five stars, the scenery is also very good, but the location is really hearty, no matter which way to the road conditions can scare you not to continue to open
