WWTommyWWe didn't actually stay here, so I don't want to give a bad review, but just register my dissatisfaction. Within minutes of booking this hotel, I asked if I could have a refund because of a mix-up, but was told no due to the hotel policy. I know it's the hotel policy! That's why I'm asking for an exception! I realize the hotel is within its rights to refuse, but to be honest, this attitude really put us off, and what was to be our first trip to Greece didn't happen - we decided just to stay in Turkey instead. Hopefully we will encounter a more easygoing and helpful attitude if we decide to try to visit Greece in future.

YYeshimmmmThe reception staff are good. However, the hotel needs a bit of improvement as everything is too old and there are missing items in the room. For example, after a shower, there's no heated towel rail or even a hook for towels.
The bathroom doors look very old. I understand it's an economy room, and I'm not expecting luxury, but seeing that door while using the toilet isn't very pleasant.
There should also be a full-length mirror in the room.
