The environment is lovely, the front desk staff are friendly, and the hygiene is top-notch. It's also very convenient for getting around.

I like the breakfast at this hotel. The serving time is quite long — four hours during which you can choose anything to eat or drink. There are fruits, breads, noodles, fried rice, omelets, eggs cooked on the spot, cakes, and a wide variety of delicious snacks. The swimming pool on the top floor is very clean, and I really like it.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

Booked a standard room for one night, but they gave me a better room as the ran out of standard ones, so a bit of a plus? Room was clean, bathroom was clean as well so definitely recommend. The only issue I had was that like most tourist I am doing the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall/mt bromo / ijen tour and that means early start but there was a group of Indonesian tourists which were extremely loud from between 20:00 to 02:00 there need to be signs about quiet hours and enforced because it causes a lot of sleep issues for others. So my suggestion keep a pair of earplugs or noise cancelling headphones (what I did) and I could still hear them a bit but eventually fell asleep.

This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby. In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably. Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully. Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous. What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

Searching for a hotel near Malang station, I highly recommend this hotel. The advantages of this hotel: 1. Affordable price 2. Spacious room 3. Spacious bathroom 4. Although it does not provide food or even breakfast, don't worry because right in front of the hotel there is a buffet stall with various side dishes and the important thing is the price is cheap. 5. If you want to rent a car or motorbike, you can also get help.. or search on Google for a shuttle service for the vehicle you want to rent. 6. This hotel provides tea and coffee available every time. The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

The room is fine but it doesn’t look very clean, they should put more effort into cleaning the sheets and the pillow cases, besides that, everything was great. Great location, great services, and great food.
