KKalamansi-honeyThis time, I stayed on the second floor in a twin room. Everything was just as wonderful. The hostess provided excellent service, was attentive and helpful with everything, and was very considerate. The first floor also has a small kitchen area with a stovetop and dishes, a refrigerator, and a dining area. I dropped off my backpack and left without waiting for check-in time, as I wanted to explore the city. The staff kindly carried my things into the room. Everything was great and comfortable.
There is one thing that really bothers me: the broken mirror mural. In our culture, a broken mirror is considered an unkind thing, and you shouldn't look into it.

GGuest UserLocationally, it's really okay, it's close to famous places such as prawirotaman street, pizza slices and masama restaurant. so you can walk around the villa. for hygiene, quite clean, Just yesterday, I kept food in the room (bake & rice) was served :( very sad and the amenities are good, there are shampoo soap, brush and toothpaste, towels are provided too. Well, the service is also good, the packaging is set when we complain that there is a broken in the key, Finally it was fixed and got a change, I'll recommend this villa to others, thank you

GGuest UserThe resort is quite small, but the air quality is excellent. Rooms are clean, though the bathrooms were just average. Breakfast is served as a set meal and is quite basic. The farmhouse restaurant located at the foot of the mountain offers a wonderful setting. Borobudur is just 4km away. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

KKalamansi-honeyI didn't like being in this gestahous. First - the owner smokes in the room and the smell there is already in. Everything was not very clean and clean. The room that is closest to the entrance was not comfortable. A little dirty. And everything that happened in the yard was heard - the sounds of the fairy tale, the conversations and the smells too. And as it turned out later, there was no hot water either. The owner and staff of Alice are very kind and try to maintain a good atmosphere at home and help - which is very important for the guest. There is water in the cooler for the use of guests, kitchen and refrigerator. The common area is pleasant with air access. But a little bit hot and there is a smell of moisture. Maybe the fan in the common zone would be by the way. Overall one night is normal. The price is acceptable.

GGuest UserGood stay. Daily cleaning, helpful staff (some don’t speak English but they do their best to find someone who does), excellent pool, amazing breakfast (mostly Indonesian food).
Our initial room had a zooming sound and a water leak in it and they promptly moved us to a new room.

GGuest Userlocation is good, if you love walking, then you can walk to Malioboro.. and you may find lots of food (street food or restaurant such as Hokben and Richeese) nearby by walking. in front of hotel, you can easily find convenience store indomart or alfamart. but this hotel so strict (how come?!) you must check in after 2pm, i was arrive 1pm and they just offer to keep our luggage and we need to go somewhere, even we were checked out at 6am for morning train. hotel can provide box breakfast with simple meal such as fried rice/noodle with egg, a cup of fruit (watermelon & papaya) and a bottle of water. when entering the room, so many hairs on the floor, like it never been swept, but too tired to ask house keeping to clean and no more wait anymore (sorry forget to take a photo, you may see it under the desk and surrounding). hotel provide water dispenser, so you can easily take by jug in your room.

- spacious for two people
- big clean bed with a good mattress
- good air-conditioning
- room amenities like a mini fridge and water cooker
- very friendly staff
Could be better:
- fresher looking towels
- more responsive water temperature controls in the shower.
- a chef that stays in the hotel during breakfast hours (breakfast is from 7-11, but the chef left before 10)
Bad:
- Any sounds from outside are just as loud in the room (mosque, rooster) because the windows can't close properly. Earplugs are advised.
