"We had a lovely stay in Ostic House. The staff are friendly and polite. Our room was clean although sometimes there would be sewage smell from the toilet bowl, but it wasn't too bothersome. Price is very affordable, I highly recommend! There is a small supermarket and many warung within walking distance so it was very convenient for us to get food. "

The style is very old-school and it's definitely not a fancy accommodation, so don't expect anything luxurious. Cleanliness was just so-so, and I have to be honest – the bed and pillows looked a bit dull and didn't feel great to me personally. That said, the location is a real win. It's super easy to get to lots of good restaurants nearby, which made up for it a fair bit. I guess if you're not fussy and just need a cheap place to crash, it works. For me, it wasn't the most comfortable stay, but I can see how others might find it acceptable for the price"
