From the beginning of the reservation~ I contacted the hotel to request the pick-up service, but the front desk did not understand English (=_=), but I asked the Ctrip customer service to like it (｡ò ∀ ó｡). Help me, the little customer service is really nice. After two shifts, the hotel finally gave a reply to solve the pick-up problem. Before departure, I felt relieved (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)~~ I finally arrived at the airport, eh... I didn’t pick up. By the way, I didn’t pick up the airport until no one came out... I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel for 65,000, and asked the hotel why the pick-up service was booked but not picked up... Well, the hotel found out that the wrong person was picked up. ...They just pick up someone at the airport and leave without checking if they are the one they are going to pick up... Um... This hotel requires 5000 for pick-up, and 65000 for a taxi by yourself. After a few days of tossing, the scheduled pick-up is only This is so pitted by the hotel (to be precise, the hotel)... the exterior view of the hotel window and the bustling streets

TTriStrategic location, clean and spacious rooms. Affordable price. Recommended if staying at Tarakan. Near culinary and souvenir locations. But unfortunately the breakfast menu is not varied, only 2 menus, side dishes and vegetables. Even with this cost, we should have a better breakfast
