It was a small city, so I didn't expect it, but it was close to the station and taxi access was available from the airport. Breakfast and facilities were good and bath was available after 5 pm at the hotel next door. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly. If you visit again, you will stay again.

The hotel is located next to Tokushima Bizan Park, about a 15-minute drive from the city center. It has free parking, which is very convenient. But on the way up the mountain, pay attention to the path that turns into the hotel, otherwise it is easy to miss it. The room is spacious and is a Japanese-style tatami room, very comfortable. The room is high above the city, overlooking the city of Tokushima, and the night view is very beautiful. Our accommodation included breakfast and dinner, and we dined at the buffet restaurant. The food was very rich and delicious, and there were also many choices for vegetarians. On the night of our check-in, after dinner, we asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for us to go to the Awa Hall to watch the show. The service staff was very considerate and asked the driver to not only take us to the hall, but also wait for us to finish the show before taking us back to the hotel. There is no additional charge for waiting time. It's really a home service, which is very much appreciated. It was also very comfortable to take a bath in the hotel's large public bath at night. The whole stay was very good. Highly recommended.

It's too far to walk from Tokushima Station, but it takes 10 minutes by bus. However, the bus doesn't run until after 9 o'clock, so it's a bit difficult to stay out late at night. I like everything except the location. The room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The area is quiet, so it's good for getting some rest.

Very central location near the train station, still quiet. Very friendly, competent staff, rooms large ! , very clean. A small, fine hotel. Breakfast - excellent, large selection, western as Japanese, stylish atmosphere - is not offered directly in the hotel Agnes but in the nearby, about 100 m, ”Motherhouse”. Also the Onsen is not directly in Agnes but in the also Related hotel directly from Agnes, about 15 m from the street, railway station, shops, bus station in about 250 m distance. For me in terms of price / performance an optimal hotel. I felt very well there and would stay there anytime again.

Location is very close to JR station, and many nice restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is served which tastes good.

Most of the tourists stayed there because the accommodations are near Tokushima Station. This place is just in the middle of the neighborhood, so it's hard to come to it at first, but it's okay if you go back and forth a few times. But I went to breakfast condition. I'm embarrassed that I have to go to another accommodation, not a hostel. At first, I said I was Korean, but the boss said ”Josen”, so I felt bad, but I just passed by. .... One good thing is air conditioning bread !! Elbe O, daily cleaning s/v This is good ~ It was like the feeding workers were using it as a hostel. I recommend it if it is just for the purpose of staying. Not recommended if you want a meal!!

Originally, I made a reservation for １ night, but I couldn't go home due to the typhoon, so when I asked if I could extend my stay at check-in, there was a vacancy in the room, so please respond immediately. did. The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I would like to use it again.

The owner is so accommodating & friendly. We even had a small Easter Party together qith his friends. However the place is noisy because when people are talking at the kitchen you can hear it clearly from your room. Also when the onwer / someone smokes outside, it gets into the house as a result I could smell it from the hallway.
