Amazing
GGuest UserLocation is a short distance away from the Toyama station. But everything else is perfefct.
I loved that my room had a small onsen as well, so I could continue to soak in the comfort of my room after visiting the big onsen. Both were great and it really helps to relax the body after a long day.
Staff were friendly and went out their ways to assist with my requests. Really 10/10.
XXenTravellerGreat service by staff, very helpful, they received and sent my luggages by Yamato. Carpark right in basement is convenient. If only they didnt provide Chinese made bathroom toiletries (NZ brand). Right across to Toyama castle.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic; you can see its top-floor sign as soon as you exit the south exit of Toyama Station. There are many dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. The room looked quite simple and clean, but there was a large stain on the inner rim of the toilet, near the bidet spray, which was very off-putting. The room was a smoking room, so the smell of smoke was very strong. If you don't smoke, try to choose a non-smoking room. I didn't pay close attention to that beforehand.
AAnonymous UserJust a short walk from the exit of Toyama station, turn left then go up an escalator, the hotel is on the left. I stayed for a nite in Toyama. Before i checkout from hotel, I went to Iwasehama Beach. I was only managed to onboard a 0831 tram back to Toyama station. By the time I arrived @Toyama station it was 0901. Thank goodness i booked this hotel and without missing my train @0925 to Osaka. Highly recommended. If I am coming back to Toyama definitely will stay @this hotel again. In addition to this, lots of eateries around the hotel too.
GGuest UserThe hot spring is very good, it is alkaline water, especially good for the skin, after soaking, the skin feels bright and comfortable. The hot spring is very large, there are various ways to soak, the outdoor open-air hot spring is also very beautiful, there is a bubble pool indoors, and there is also a strong impact to heal tired legs.
The kaiseki cuisine is delicious, Toyama Prefecture has very good seafood, every night is very exquisite.
The waiters are very good, and there are also waiters who understand Chinese.
There is a spectacular snow scene in winter, and there are two medium-sized ski resorts next to it, which is convenient for skiing.
GGuest UserWalkable distance from toyama station. Overall the room was clean and friendly staff.
Breakfast was average with croissant, eggs & sausages.
Will suggest to improve on the check in & out time & free cancelation.
GGuest User- 7/8 mins' walk away from the train station
- Lawson really close downstairs
- (paid) washing and drying machines
- free edible ice
- free coffee in the lobby
- room relatively small but it was not a surprise as it was clearly displayed on the booking page
- restroom actually relatively spacious compared to the room and good shower facilities
GGuest UserA particularly enjoyable travel experience. The hotel is in Sakuracho, though the navigation was a bit inaccurate. There are many karaoke bars nearby, and it's very close to Toyama Station, accessible by a tram stop. This hotel was a great choice.
DdanthetravellerThis hotel is a perfect place for our one day stay. And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is next to Toyama Station. It is said to be in Showa style. The decoration is old and you need a key to open the door. The walls of the room are not very clean, but the price is relatively cheap. The quilt does not have a quilt cover, which feels unhygienic.
