GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a super convenient location, just a two-minute walk from Toyama Station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, well soundproofed, and spotlessly clean. Although I didn't require daily housekeeping, fresh towels and amenities were thoughtfully left on the doorknob every day. Breakfast included local Toyama specialties, and there's a lounge on the second floor offering complimentary coffee and hot water. The coin laundry on the 5th floor was never busy, and the dryers were very efficient. Be sure to ask the front desk about any train tickets or passes you might need. Toyama offers an abundance of delicious food, and even if you're not planning a hike up Tateyama, exploring the city itself is highly recommended.

TthewandercuratorStayed here a night in Toyama before embarking on the Alpine route. Familiar, comfortable room amenities as expected from the Comfort Hotel chain, with a good breakfast spread inclusive. 5 minutes walk from Toyama JR Station and 7 minutes walk with luggage from Toyama Dentetsu line to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama. Note that you still need to bring your luggage to Dentetsu Station for luggage forwarding service, you cannot do it from the hotel. I asked for a high floor room that overlooked the station/mountains - I did get a high floor room but a side view of the building beside the hotel. Tip: buy supplies from the supermarket in the mall opposite before going up the mountains. There are also Toyama souvenirs, great eki bentos, firefly squid and white shrimp tempura tendon and black ramen in Toyama JR Station nearby.

GGuest UserThe staff were very polite and left a good impression. I was generally satisfied, but I was concerned that the bottom of the toilet in my room had not been cleaned. The breakfast area was very small, but the food was so good I could not believe it was free. I was looking forward to the ramen for dinner, but unfortunately it seemed to be a service only available to members.

GGuest UserThe hot spring is very good, it is alkaline water, especially good for the skin, after soaking, the skin feels bright and comfortable. The hot spring is very large, there are various ways to soak, the outdoor open-air hot spring is also very beautiful, there is a bubble pool indoors, and there is also a strong impact to heal tired legs.
The kaiseki cuisine is delicious, Toyama Prefecture has very good seafood, every night is very exquisite.
The waiters are very good, and there are also waiters who understand Chinese.
There is a spectacular snow scene in winter, and there are two medium-sized ski resorts next to it, which is convenient for skiing.

First and foremost, the hotel's location is fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to popular attractions, shopping districts, and restaurants. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the city without having to travel far.

DdanthetravellerThis hotel is a perfect place for our one day stay. And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
