SSsssshhhI rarely write a review unless it is really worth the money. This hotel is really affordable and I can say it is a hidden gem for most of all people like me that rarely stay more than a night at sibu. The night market is just 2 mins away from the hotel. Most importantly, the hotel area is quiet far from the city noise.
I really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely will book this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserExcellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Sibu, I choose this hotel. The price is affordable, the environment is great, and the air conditioning and bedding are excellent. They also have a gym and a sauna. Plus, there are many good restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserReceptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

AAnonymous UserTraveling and eating are very convenient. The environment is good, the decoration is good and new, the bed is very comfortable, and I gave a food and play recommendation map when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very warm and polite.
