GGuest UserThe room space is good, the facilities are very beautiful, the room service is beautiful, and then you can go to the front desk to buy a small glass of wine every day when you come back from work. This is my favorite place. From the European area, the Polish hotel is very good value for money.

GGuest UserOverall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

CChristianSkasGute Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber direkt an der Haltestelle vom Airport-Bus. Design und Technik des Hotels nicht wirklich aktuell, jedoch optimal gepflegt. Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Kalte und warme Speisen. Sogar Torte und frische Waffeln. Sauna und Gym Tag und Nacht kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, jedoch mit farblichen Akzenten. Breites Doppelbett, getrennte Bettdecken. TV klein und schon älter. Wasserkocher, Tee/Wasser und sogar ein DVD-Spieler im Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

Ctrip has no breakfast choice, but the hotel can directly increase breakfast. You can pay by credit card.
The hotel lobby is divided into several different areas. There is a large breakfast room, which becomes a small bar at night, which is very lively. The other area is quieter and similar to reading a book inside.
Going out is the pedestrian street. It is said that summer is very lively.
There is a beautiful church at the end of the road.

AAnonymous UserVery happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here

GGuest UserReading the hotel review you can wonder if it is a good choice.No less on the spot, I was crying in plus.The room is medium size, clean with comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic
