There should also be better coordination between the restaurant and reception; guests shouldn't be told to go inquire themselves."

"I think that this accomodation was worth the money. Quality of the room and the bathroom was good. I didn't expect that much. The bed was comfortable but these duvets should be replaced. It looked like they were in usage for a long time. They were thin too. It wasn't really problem because it was warm at night. Location is cery nice, the public transportation is near (around 5 minutes walk). There is a Żabka and Lidl stores nearby. Amenities were okay. There was a mini fridge, a kettle, a lot of toilet paper, two foldable chairs and a foldable table, a TV, two plates, two big glasses and a cutlery for two. These amenities were good quality. The shower did a great job! It's important because in some accomodations I had a hard time setting a good temperature or shower pressure. The only problem with the shower was that the shower door was kind of falling out. It was mostly clean but when we arrived, the toilet seat was really dirty. There was a weird hair on the toilet seat. I don't think that the hair was from someones head. I think that it is a good think that they offer self check-in, we didn't have to do unnecessary paperwork. The neighbours were kind of noisy but I think it was because of the walls. The walls well kinda thin. Overall it was a great experience for the amount of money."

"No, we're not, especially if we're talking about a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located on Mariacka, one of Katowice's most central streets. It's new, and it would be clean if the cleaning staff remembered to make up the rooms. Let me explain: the hotel is clean, both the rooms and the common areas; the flaw is related to my experience. Returning from a long day out in Katowice, around 10:30 PM, we realized that our room hadn't been made up (unmade bed, uncleaned bathroom, unchangeable towels). I immediately went to reception to point this out and ask for at least some clean towels. They told me it was an oversight (to err is human... but in a hotel like this, forgetting to make up a room is intolerable). The staff isn't particularly friendly, courteous, yes, but not particularly helpful (they apologized a little out of obligation for the mix-up... or at least that's what it felt like). The breakfast was quite good, not... Overly generous, but sufficient for both sweet and savory options. There was also a problem: the only hot drinks machine wasn't working (except for coffee), and the room manager didn't know what to do to fix it. This, too, is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. Excellent location, just steps from everything. Comfortable bed, but we won't be returning if we pass through Katowice again (which is extremely likely; we'll prefer other options)."

"Nice, clean room, good internet in the room, all the amenities for life. The bathroom in the room is comfortable. The bus stop is three minutes from the apartment, it is convenient to get to the center or other places. I definitely guarantee that we will return here, and I think more than once."

"Mateusz Sopala 1/5 yesterday on Google Do Not Recommend Great location. And that's where the advantages end. We gave the owner a second chance but unfortunately he did not show himself from the better side. During the second stay (two days) not much changed. We got another room with similar problems. If something is called an apartment, it is absurd that in the room, because that is the only way to call this God forbid apartment, there are dirty walls and holes that happily look at you when you enter the room. Missing caps on the skirting boards. Dirty cups, each from a different parish. Leaking shower cubicle. Swollen door frame in the bathroom. Toilet paper of the worst kind. Rubbish under the bed from the previous tenants. Dirty window frames and glass. A chair without screws, i.e. the seat with legs did not form a whole. You can forget about soundproofing, it is only in name. You can hear everything that happens on the staircase and at the neighbors'. So if you are looking for something more, I advise against it. The owner of this place, after a negative opinion on booking, started sending us text messages with strange content. In our opinion, he was probably trying to intimidate us."
