The location is good, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and ATMs. There is an open space at the door for free parking. However, there is no gym, and breakfast is only open for self-service after a certain number of rooms are occupied (there are also few dishes to choose from), otherwise it is egg pancakes + three small pancakes. The wireless network signal above the second floor is not good. It is still okay if you only stay for three or two days, and you can try another hotel if you stay longer.

Stayed during the Rose Festival, the whole city has a great atmosphere. The hotel is one of the reception hotels with good service.

Amazing stay , it was refreshing, the service was impeccable, Mr.faisal in the reception gave us a good room choice , mr.jaleel hotel staff was very hospitable and in the buffet side Mr.ramesh was very hospitable

First experience and best experience!!! Staff and property is very nice. Comfortable and friendly!!! We booked Delux Villa having heated Private pool. On site gym, mini market and an Italian restaurant. Fully equipped kitchen. Good job Meral team👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💐

The location was good. Apartment was clean but one of the washrooms had a bad smell.

The room is clean and hygienic

Overall the hotel is ok. Need to bring own drinking water as it's not provided. Able to check out a bit later. Thank you
